Soo annoyed, Im at work and im fasting because its Good Friday and Catholics don't eat "Meat today so I decided to order Pizza. I have been craving pizza for sometime. I haven't eaten Pizza in a few months now, since my last Bad experience with the Pizza from competitor in this area. So I ordered an Extra Cheese Pie and to be nice to my coworkers and get the $6.99 deal I ordered a second Pie Half Chicken, Half Steak. Per the application, they filled and "HALF" Delivered the pies. The Driver did not bring the order into my work place after sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I then saw a car in front of the facility I ran down and had to approach the car.. I asked him why he couldn't bring in the order. Abdou the driver, stated they cant go inside. The instructions I added on the App gave the floor number and the name of the company . Well, this is area is safe and it is the Barcley Center of Whippany and there was plenty of parking and we get food delivers from other fast food restaurants and catering service directly to this floor all day everyday. Honestly, I barely order out but today I decided to treat myself and coworkers. Not only the driver not deliver the pies to me, He was sitting outside for 15 minutes... the food was Nasty, Cold , Dry, Edges are burnt, the second pie was steak and chicken which was for my coworkers... was burnt couldn't even tell what was what... I asked Half Chicken Half Steak it was mixed...So im pissed because Im starving... coworkers were hungry. I had to take time out of my busy day to call them to be told to call back later because the manager was not in because didn't want a replacement... I couldn't reorder because our work day was almost done and the replacement would not have gotten here on time, i just wanted my money back. Well now I had to take more time out of my day to call them back because the manager was not in... I am soo turned off. Never again will I order Pizza from this location and or area......

I placed an order for delivery for one plain stuffed crust pizza at 614pm the girl took my address and told me 20 minutes. At 745 I called to check where it was when I was told "give it five for minutes" after ten minutes I called back and she replied "I think I made a mistake and put it for carry out by accident" after speaking to the manager he lead me to believe the pizza was going to be on the house given I had to wait nearly two hours with a hungry four year old. When the delivery guy got here I handed him a tip, he said "woah it's not paid and snatched the pizza back" I explained the situation to him and he replied "I wasn't told that, ur the one that called last minute and switched it to carry out" I said that's Not what happen at all I have a hungry child in here , I'll call the manager- he proceeded to try to walk away with the pizza- I said "excuse me come back I have a hungry child in the house! I'm getting the manager on the phone" - when I called the manager the delivery driver asked him if it was suppose to be free. He said NO!!!! After complaining once more about how I was lead to believe it was going to be free at that point he finally told the delivery drive to give me the pizza , where he rudely tossed it to me - I will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. Read moreThis is the worst Dominos Pizza ever. We called to place an order for two large pizzas and asked them to bring it to the Hanover Marriot Hotel. They said 45mins. We waited an hour before we called, the lady that barely speaks english picked up and said the pizza was on the way. Another 30mins pass and we call again, speak to the same lady who continues to say it is out fordelivery and should be here soon. We call down to front desk and ask if there has been a pizza delivered for us, they say no. Another 30mins pass, same lady picks up and she says it is on the way. I ask to speak to the manager who says the delivery person went back to the store with our pizza because we didn’t answer the door. I tell him we are in a hotel and he says we never said it was a hotel. He then states the delivery guy came to the hotel and called the phone number we left but we didn’t pick up. We never got a phone call from them or the front desk about a pizza and the manager did not apologize once for all the trouble. We waited 2 hours for a pizza that never arrived.
