McDonald's — Restaurant in East Hanover

Not the best of McDonald's. Then again they have been going steadily downhill for awhile. Cashier had a hard time understanding order. Almost forgot to add the beverage. Finally remembered it (coffee) and then didn't bother to ask how I wanted it. Since they don't have it outside the counter. Was in a rush so said the hell with it.I can see why they are starting to automate their systems. With the quality of employees they are hiring and then adding the increase in minimum wage, soon you'll be talking to a robot. Seriously I would recommend staying away from fast food places like McDonald's, Burger King, etc. they are no longer worth the trip or the price. Hi I was there this morning and I ordered a large soda and a egg, bacon and cheese MUFFIN NOT A BAGEL!!! I WAS CHARGED FOR A BAGEL AND SUBBED A MUFFIN NOW WHO ORDERS A BAGEL SANDWISH AND SUB A MUFFIN WHEN THE BAGEL IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A MUFFIN!! The kid at the drive thru said it' was $8 something I'm like isn't it supposed to be $6.57?? He's like no it's $8 almost $9 so I let it go I didn't want to argue with him then when I finally look at the sandwich it was in a bagel wrapper I was like that's why it was $8 so I was gonna go back but then I was too far away and ok I guess I'll eat the bagel when I took it out it was a MUFFIN WITH THE FAKE EGGS!!! young kids working here are so damn rude! consistently rude every week. never say a word, I havecto ask what I owe and dont know how to respond "you are welcome" when goven a Thank you you don't deserve in the first place. also bought the overpriced oreo shake and the worker filled it halfway, so it looked halfway, actually it was 1/4 of icecream when it settled.
