This location FOR THE EAST HARTFORD DOMINOS Not Main St ! is absolutely unprofessional. I went to main st dominos in Manchester and was served ten times better. This why people would rather order out of town or to another dominos close by like I did. I called them to make an order for delivery. And which everything that I cost it cost it over $50. I was gonna pay exact change because I was told that their drivers no longer carry change. Which makes no sense as I’ve used to work as a pizza delivery driver, and you have to carry some type of change. The woman taking my order told me that I could not pay with a $50 bill, 5 ones and $.24 which is what my order was gonna be. She told me that if that was a problem I could cancel my order and order somewhere else. So I asked to speak with someone inside the store. Upon speaking to the man in the store, he told me that there was no supervisor Available. I explained that I was having a hard time with the previous woman where I was trying to order my food. He also encouraged me to cancel my order and order somewhere else. I asked why can I just pay exact change that way the driver doesn’t even have to be burned with worrying about the change. I would pay the exact amount and even a tip. He continue to argue with me and then said he’ll take my order. He put the phone down and I could hear him taking several While I was on the phone. So no problem I’ve just hung up and I’ll be ordering from another Domino’s. Definitely won’t get my money talking like that food I’m supposed to trust...

My orders have increased especially during the pandemic, I order online and the delivery service has been very pleasant. Except for today when an item was missing from my order I contacted the store and of course was given the run around. I called back and they blatantly lied and said they checked the cameras and the driver swears she gave us the item. The alleged manager was rude and condescending, I paid for delivery and her solution was for me to drive to the store with all my empty boxes to proof what was delivered. If I wanted to drive to the store I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. The item was only six dollars so it’s not about the money, it’s about the lie which speaks to the integrity of the business. My average order is between thirty and forty dollars so why would I after months of ordering lie about a six dollar item. I have Never had an item missing before today. She made it her business to tell me she’ll always answer the phone because she’s the manager, whoever owns this franchise should be worried if that is who they have representing them. Keep the six dollars your business won’t suffer but you will never receive another penny from me. It looks like I’m gonna have to go but of his head and just go and try to talk to the Domnoes corporation because obviously with all these bad reviews he’s messing up a lot or hiring horrible people you should be ashamed.
