King's Chef Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in East Hartford

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT Service-Order was incorrect when it arrived. I called the restaurant and the woman was yelling at someone in the kitchen while trying to to talk to me, (I get that it gets busy, I’ve worked in restaurant kitchens) then she hung up on me. I called back. She insisted the order was correct and hung up on me, again. Food-It simply was not good. I ordered Sweet and Sour soup. The soup seemed to be combination of S&S, wonton and egg drop-like someone dumped the remains of the day’s soups into one pot, tasted that way too. The $17.99 Mongolian beef five pieces of meat and what looked like an entire white onion slivered into it. The entire order (there were eight of us, and this was about six o’clock) was mediocre at best, awful (soup and M beef) at worst. I used to order from here 1-2 times a week. This is still the best Chinese Restautant in the city of East Hartford! The place is kept clean. Dining is limited. If something is not done correctly, they don't hesitate to correct it. In my experience, many people come here with the attitide of wanting their food right away. If a delay occurs, then people get a quick attitude against them. Patience is a virtue. Let them take their time to cook your food correctly so you can later enjoy it. The only disappointment is that they began to charge 3.5% on payments with credit or debit card as if we didn't have enough with paying 1% tax higher than normal sales tax for being processed food. The food is good, service is fast. My problem is costumer service is at a low. I'm big on respect, I give it I expect it back. I haven't been back there for a couple of weeks because I've had enough of the rude attitudes. I've let it slide for a while because we all have a bad day from time to time, but not every time I walk in. If you're dealing with people you put that aside. P.s . New menus are needed, if an item isn't included Mark it off, price change let consumers know so we wouldn't be surprised to hear something totally different, if I have to ask for a egg roll it should say ask for it at p.o.s. I shouldn't have to ask for something that menu says it's already included....
