I am not normally the type of person to write a review, no matter the situation but I'm a little upset about my experience there this morning. I visit this Dunkin everyday. Today, I ordered my iced coffee, when I took a sip, I knew it was not how I ordered it. No big deal. I turned around and got back in the drive through. When it my time to order, I politely said "hi, I was just here a minute ago, I was wondering if I could order a new coffee?" They didn't confirm how I wanted it made or anything just said "yeah, just pull up to the window." Okay. No problem. As I'm waiting to get to the window, my window happens to be rolled down and their back door is open, I see a young lady who looks at me and says "yeah, that's her," and proceeds to laugh and say to her coworker about adding the swirl. I pulled up to the window, the lady hands me a new iced coffee, which I offer to pay for it with my dunkin app, she says "don't worry about it." I say "thank you." I didn't receive an apology for the mistake. Okay. While that would have been the nice thing to do, again, no big deal. I then get asked to hand her the iced coffee that wasn't made right (the one I had already taken a sip out of.) I think overall the experience rubbed me the wrong way. I was already having a tough morning and was just looking forward to my usual iced coffee as my "okay, start over" but then I was made to feel embarrassed, like it was my fault for the mistake. I think some people forget how easy it is to be kind. It's okay to make mistakes, I make them all the time. It's how you handle them...
Read moreMy toasted buttered bagel was given to me barely at room temperature. No browning at all, but huge globs of butter still sitting on it after plenty of butter had already melted in to the bagel itself. I used the napkins to wipe off the extra butter and spread it to a section that was hadn't been buttered yet and then proceeded to eat my bagel as I drove away. By the time I got to the next store, my pants were full of grease stains. I thought I hadn't leaned over the bag properly, until I realized there had been so much butter it leaked through their paper bag/wrapper that you're supposed to eat from. I went back to just report it, and tell them I was going to try to clean my pants, but I wanted to report it while it was new. The manager was talking to me when the employee who had made this horrible bagel, jumped in and rudely started attacking me. She kept saying it wasn't her issue ... Not her problem, They don't replace clothes. Even though nobody was talking to her, and she had already stated that she WASN'T the manager, she just kept it up, spewing her hate, even as I walked out. I would never ever go to this dunkin' donuts again , horrible service , not to mention that the bagel was doughy. DON'T go there if you have time to go down the street to the...
Read moreI frequently visit Dunkin all over the state to get work done, use the bathroom, get coffee and a bite to eat while I travel. This day I walked into this location unfortunately. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left at 3:07pm today, every last employee there was yelling and screaming at eachother, and NONE of it was work related. They tossed F-bombs left and right, talked trash to eachother, made fun of customers and their orders, and finally I just had to leave. My head hurt and I couldn't even think straight enough to write a single short email. I felt like I was in the ladies bathroom of some trashy nightclub. They obviously did not care who could hear them cackling to eachother at the tops of their lungs. If I were the owner I would close, retrain or fire everyone, and open back up with a fresh start. Completely unacceptable,...
