Wow !!!! The new store is way over priced !!! The clerk that was working on 6/17/2019 around 3:30 ..she was so rude to us it was insane her name was allison..i will never return to this store and i will definitely make it to were alot of other people will not donate to this store your prices are out of this world for people who just donate this stuff to you ....my daughter wanted a green tshirt they wanted 8.99 for it you got to be kidding me i took her to walmart she got 2 shirts for that price ..jeans 7.00 shorts 7.00 used braws 6.99 ..sweat shirts 10.00 to 20.00 a piece come on now ..this is crazy this store is a store i thought were for people that could not aford the othe departments stores could shop here ! I asked allison the rude girl why prices were so high in a bad attitude she came of to me well we dont make the prices corp dose ..then i was telling her i was from somerset and the prices was not a high as they were their she said to me with a attitude well diffrent counties diffrent prices i said to her how dose that work a good will is a good will ..she said to me again its corp not us ..well let me tell ya something with her attitude to customers if the prices dont run them away she sure will so just letting everyone one know your better off to go to the other department stores and by new for the price they are asking for the stuff they get for free from donations ... ITS SO SAD BUT...

I go to the goodwill in Mt Pleasant and I think the store is very neat and tidy and everything has a place for it. What I want to say is that if Goodwill is not going to give a discount on everything then why put colored tags on the items that don't get a discount, you only discount clothes so why don't you just put the colored tags on the clothes and all other items put a regular white sticker or tag on them, or better yet, start giving discounts on all items that have the tag of the week? You would make so much more money. Also I noticed a very badly ripped pair of jeans there which makes me feel like you would sell anything to make money, you can tell this was something someone poorly did themselves and then goodwill gets them and tries to sell them, I don't mind ripped jeans when they are ripped properly. Those looked like crap. Anyhow I hope goodwill considers either changing the pricing policy on the tags and letting people get discounts on everything or change the tags to white for items that don't...

The sign saying what is on sale for clothing is up front. Items are rotated often. There is almost always something i am looking for. The items come and go and it is a smaller goodwill but every week it seems like things are changed or sold. If the prices are too high ask when sales are like any store and if they don't have what you are looking for try back in a while. It is based on what is donated so there are better times to look for a coat then January. Spring cleaning is coming up. Still know people who haven't shopped here and it is ok to pay more for stuff but if you need things like pants, shirts and vintage trucker cap or two this is the place! A few bucks gets you alot! I've been going here off and on for a year for things out of season...
