Just like others, I wish I could give ZERO stars to the Taco Bell on 2040 Lincoln Highway in Lancaster PA. I went to Taco Bell on 10/6/18 around 7pm. When I entered the establishment the first thing I noticed was the overflow of the trashcans. It was Disgusting. The employees DID NOT CARE. There was only 1 clean table available. The floors were sticky and full of soda spills. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I had to bring back my burrito supreme since there was no meat in it. The "manager" stated, " I made the burrito. I put one scoop of meat in it". I told the young manager that there was no meat in the middle of my burrito and I had to tell him to put more meat in it. As I watching the manager add the right amount of meat to my burrito, the floor where the food was made was covered in broken taco shells, food and trash. NEVER once was there an apology or eye contact made. Which brings me to my point of not one employee stating they were sorry for the wait, there was no thank you at all. HORRIBLE Customer Service, Every employee needs to be RETRAINED on customer service skills. This is The Most Awful Taco Bell I have EVER been too. I called customer service regarding my visit on 10/8/18 which they promised me a return call in 3 business days. I called customer service again on 10/11/18 and they stated I would have a return call by 7pm. I did not receive my call that i was promised so I called customer service today 10/15/18 two times and while I was put on hold waiting for a representative the phone was disconnected. Now I have called Corporate today 10/15/18 and was promised to get a call from the Taco Bell Franchise Manager today, which I believe will not happen. I will call the Dept of Health because this Taco Bell is in awful condition and needs to be evaluated by the Dept of Health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO...
Read moreif I could give 0 starts I would in a heartbeat. I ordered on the app at 2:30 with a pick up time of 2:39. I chose drive-thru pick up. When I pulled up to the window they told me to pull around and come inside so I did and went up to the counter and told them my name. They said "ok well get it to you shortly". Half an hour goes by and people are coming in and getting served and I still don't have my food. I went up to the counter a second time and they still didn't have my food ready. They said they would make it next. ANOTHER half hour goes by and at this point I'm beyond frustrated. I go up AGAIN and tell them that if my order isn't being made right now I'm just going to cancel it so I did. What a waste of an hour. I'm not an impatient person and I get it they were busy, but in my opinion, if a customer comes up to you and says they've been waiting for HALF AN HOUR (let alone a whole hour) their order should be made next. My order wasn't big so it shouldn't have been such a huge deal to make it. The staff just didn't seem to care at all. They made me feel like my order was an inconvenience. When I walked in there were 8 people working in the kitchen so they weren't understaffed. If you're looking for fast food, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go to the one in Kendig Square in Willow St. Their customer service is 100x better than it is here. It might be further away, but at least you'll actually get your food in a reasonable time. Thank God their food is decent because that's the only thing they have going for them at this Taco Bell. Honestly, whoever owns/manages the Taco Bell on Lincoln Highway should be ashamed of their staff because this was just blatant laziness....

Ordered three things. Got to window. Charged 35 dollars. Wait, that's not right! Asked the woman at the window what went wrong, don't believe this is our order, as I hand her the receipt. She proceeds to read off the receipt to me twice, telling me that that was my order. I say no, and repeat my actual order... twice. She fiddles around a bit, prints off a new receipt which she hands to me and asks, is that your order? No it isn't, in fact it was the exact same receipt that I just told her was not my order... now three time.
A young lady comes around the corner inside and confronts her about having given our order to the people in front of us. She is now confused, and tries to hand me two drinks that I didn't order (and didn't want), while asking me to pull around up front. I say those aren't mine, and proceed to park up front as requested.
Okay! So we pull up front. It's been about 20 minutes. They are busy, so perhaps it's just taking some time. Understandable. I'll just go inside and check to make sure everything is okay.
Lo and behold, no one was remaking the order. Some conversation occurs, a refund is issued, we wait another 20 or so minutes. Very cool! Time to rest and eat, finally! Get home, sit down and proceed to (in-between laughs of frustration) eat the nastiest most disgusting bowl of hard black beans crusty chunks of cabbage and tomato stems I've ever been served by any fast food in my whole life. Guess the Vegetarian Cantina Bowl is a pain to make?
