Hello my name is Cynthia, almost a week ago I went to Lincoln highway Smart styles hair Care in Walmart, I called first store manager Kristen told me just to come down and I can come earlier, I went to Walmart Smart styles Lincoln highway, I've been in there before because I had another hairdresser there she just wasn't in until Friday my usual hairdresser Kristen said she got me she will wear it I said listen I want a good job I said it cuz I'm going a lot shorter can't wear my hair on top my head anymore when is it going shorter but not drastic like this, words can't say enough the upsetment, I called her the next day cuz she sold me a lotion instead of hair gel completely wrong haircut wrong lotion very ignorant bad manners everything had to go somewhere else to get it fixed she totally refused to fix it and let anybody else fix it she said I would have to pay for another haircut, words can't say enough about the disappointment,...

Kristen has been cutting my hair for many years and I always love the services that I receive from her at Smart Style! She is accomplished, professional in her demeanor, friendly, caring, and is always willing to help when an emergency arises that requires special consideration. I travel a lot for work and many times my trips creep up at the last minute. Kristen is always accommodating and tries her best to get me in when I am in a pinch. My mother, who is now deceased, would only let Kristen touch her hair. She had cancer and was extremely delicate. Kristen treated her with such tenderness and pure love that it is no wonder that she is a family favorite! Now my widowed Dad still comes in to see her, not only for an amazing haircut, but also for a warm hug and word of comfort and encouragement from our dear Kristen. Scheduled haircut for my daughter online for back to school. Was told almost immediately when I got there that I shouldn't book online, most of the time they have to call those people to cancel. She asked if I had the number and I said I could just Google it, she continued to write the number down anyway, i try not to waste paper because i know i will just put it in my phone and throw it out. I should have known then to just leave.
