I ordered two platters that cost 80$??? one was a snow crab platter the other was a fried strimp platter they burnt the strimps completely .snow crab platter had a little bit of butter in it and was under cooked. I proceeded to call uncle joes and explained my strimp was burnt and crabs were under cooked he told me he could not recook my food (so in other words just deal with it) he was very nasty and disrespectful and said no i would not cook it again. And the strimp was suppose to be jumbo not butterfly strimp. He was very argumentative and did not want to solve the problem. I spent money over the years with them buying blue crabs. I come here every week! No it doesn't have the glitz and glamour, but it's a mom and pops shop with fresh seafood. People complain about the wait, but they are busy as hell! The 20 min wait on the weekend is nothing.
I'm updating my review. While the food is good, the customer service is seriously lacking! In addition you can call that number 100 times, and they may pick up 5 times out of 100.
