J B's Ice Cream Factory — Restaurant in East Longmeadow

We will go here since our go-to’s are wrapping up for the winter. That being said - it’s a bit pricey compared to the places we frequent but they’re open in the winter and we’re ice cream lovers so it is what it is for the winter 🤷🏽‍♀️ service was mostly kind. They did seem annoyed by us deciding what we wanted but we haven’t been there before and there’s a plethora of options (and there was no one behind us.) Perhaps engaging with the customer and asking if they need a minute or even better, asking if you’ve been there before and if not, making some suggestions would’ve been a welcomed interaction. JB’s Ice Cream Factory in East Longmeadow absolutely deserves all five stars! I tried the Caramel Churro and Reese’s Pieces Punch, and both flavors were out of this world. The Caramel Churro had the perfect balance of rich, creamy caramel and cinnamon-sugar goodness—like a churro dipped in caramel sauce, but frozen and even better. The Reese’s Pieces Punch was a peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream, loaded with flavor and just the right amount of crunch.
