Putting the long wait aside, because I understand that with one person working, things take time. I ordered the avocado pesto, fresh mozzarella and arugula with added bacon and a cup of butternut bisque. Was not impressed with either. The "pesto" was just pureed avocado with no sign of seasoning. The bacon ... Something wasn't quite right with it as it has been repeating on me since lunchtime and it is now after 8pm. The bisque just had a weird taste that I couldn't figure out what it was. But it wasn't pleasant. Now for the Serve safe practices. One would think that gloves would be worn during the making of a sandwich, but not today. Then with those bare hands the worker rang out a customer, took cash, made change and went back to making sandwiches. Um... Hello there is a sink right there for you to wash your hands in between touching dirty money and food. I won't be back. And I don't recommend this place at...

The menu is "souper" unique, I think you would be hard-pressed to find similar sandwiches nearby. That being said, this is a good opportunity to add to the menu a basic club sandwich or something else otherwise easily approachable for your unsuspecting Subway type goers.
Additionally, there were several soup choices including chicken noodle, chili, and tomato soup. Can confirm chicken noodle was yummy.
Yummy baked goods and chips. My son really enjoyed the chocolate/walnut cookie.
These guys also just started on Uber Eats, so make sure to check them out thereif you can't stop in.

Read moreThey were featured on the local NPR affiliate station website and sounded interesting. I decided to give them a try and they exceeded expectations with great food and a very friendly vibe. Absolutely delicious paninis👌👌👌. Big sandwiches stuffed with tasty fillings for a great price. I got a 'half baked' with ham, brie, and arugula and my friend got 'New Englander' which is turkey and some other stuff, I don't know because he wouldn't share. They were enough to eat for lunch and again for dinner, but no, we had to eat it all immediately! They had some interesting local hot sauces on hand to spice things up and they incorporate as many locally sourced ingredients as possible all the way down to the drinks which are locally made. I went in during lunch rush and they were definitely busy, but they kept it moving, no problem. Not a lot of indoor seating. There's a table and some bar space for...
