Staff is usually friendly. I've been coming here since I was a teen, I'm now in my 30s. It's been nice seeing they remodeled it. Lots of new faces throughout the years. I'm special with my dessert and sometimes leave a little disappointed but never complain. My most recent experience though was disgusting. I left with the drink hoping I'd warm up to it but had to come back and ask them to remake it. The asian man had made it the first time and the asian lady insisted on giving me a refund. We were just there today. June 14, 2025 @ 1:10pm. The Chinese lady was very very rude. We had the freezer door open because we were trying to get an ice cream cake and she yelled at us to close it because it's a freezer and it needs to be closed. My husband and I were in shock we were with our 1 year old baby. We told her she was being rude and that she needs better customer service but she basically kicked us out.
