Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

I don't know why I decided to order from Little Cesars today but it was a big mistake as usual. I only live 5 minutes if that from this location and every time I place an order either thru the app or online it never fails the pizza always tastes and looks like it's been under a heating lamp or left out for hours. Not once has it ever tasted fresh out of the oven. I know some might say why do you keep going back and the answer would be, out of stupidity. Waste of time, waste of money, and sickening after eating here. Go elsewhere if you can but if you do choose to order here my advice to you, pay with your credit card. At least with your credit card you can dispute the charge with your bank and get your money back as oppose to cash transactions your screwed out of luck and money and it's hard to get your money back when paying cash. They will not care to refund your money back or give you some sort of credit without some argument towards your complaint. So for the best pizza I highly recommend a spot in Monterey Park called Jay's Pizza. They are very reasonable and the pizza is always fresh, hot, and ready. Never a disappointment whatsoever. Ordered through Ubereats, my driver calls me to say my order was already picked up according to store employees. I called the store at 6:33pm, an employee supposedly named Isamar (didnt want to provide last initial) told me that my order was picked up by someone else and they could not make it again. That i should request a refund through customer support. She did not want to provide me with her full name or at least last initial. I asked for her supervisor to understand how that happened that a stranger was able to grab the food in the first place, she started mumbling and saying hes never really there except for 10-15 mins twice a week. its like any little ceasars you have been to, but run by a bunch of 18 year old kids. despite this fact, the place runs efficiently and the staff of polite. I had seen a couple of the workers when I went to high school and were very smart students taking honors classes.
