Despite reading all the negative reviews about customer service I decided to give them a try. Yes, customer service truly sucks. There’s a sign that says wait to be seated so I stood there for a while without being acknowledged. Finally after being seated and given a menu, I waited for 15 minutes before I spoke up and asked if someone would take my order. My order did get served on time but I asked for a sample of their atol de elote. The waitress told me they don’t give sample. After finishing my food I go to the cash register to pay and asked the cashier “Is there a reason why you wouldn’t give a client a sample of a drink?” He said “the cook doesn’t allow it.” Btw no one came to check how I was doing or if I needed anything else. The food was simply ok and so not worth the frustration. The overall experience is very important and this place is not worth it. Don’t waste your time.
