Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with the service at this location. I am handicapped, a below the knee amputee and have a prosthetic leg. I have very limited mobility and this past couple days it's has been raining REALLY hard. I decided to order Pizza Hut since I couldn't leave the house. My sisters boyfriend and I LOVE Pizza Hut and usually just go pick it up since I can literally throw a stone and hit the Pizza Hut from my house, but due to the rain it was pretty much impossible for me to drive down there. I placed an online order at 9pm and it was scheduled to be delivered at 9:50pm. I put instructions to call when they are outside because we have a dog and didn't want the driver getting bit. Around thirty minutes after I placed the order I decided to sit outside in the car port to wait for the driver. Mind you it's POURING rain and it's freaking cold. Well 10pm comes around and I decide to call the Pizza Hut and they say that the driver was almost there and he would be there probably in 5 min. Well I patiently waited for another 30 minutes and the driver never showed up. I called again and they tell her that the driver had been outside calling her and she never answered. I'm dumbfounded as I had been standing outside for an hour and no Pizza Hut driver has driven by. I try to explain and the very rude lady over the phone told me that if I wanted a pizza delivered I would have to repay for the Pizza and wait another 45 min for delivery. WTH! Are you serious Pizza Hut?!?!?! My family and I have been putting up with your poor service for much too long now. To be so disrespectful to try to charge us for a whole nother Pizza because your driver couldn't do his job and deliver a pizza. It's very disappointing that you would treat your customers like this, handicapped or not. We will NEVER order from you or any other Pizza Hut franchise EVER again. I will also be sending a strongly worded email to the franchise/ corporate office to let them know how you treat your customers. If you want good customer service go...

I ordered from this pizza hut, it said my order would be delivered in 19-29 min, a whole hour passed. They even closed and we never received our order. I called the store many times, it said it was closed but if I was calling about an order I hadn't yet received to remain on the line. It would hang up everytime. After like the 8th call someone answered and all they did was say sorry that the system broke down and they didn't get my order. If my order didn't go through how did the tracker notify me they were preparing the order and my debit card was charged. I found it so unprofessional that they did not have any other answer about this when we were waiting for an hour for our food that 2e never received and then they just said sorry. I ordered one pizza and paid with exact change. Because I did not tip them, every pizza after that ,3 in total, arrived in a disgusting manner. Those people get paid for their job ,a tip is a courtesy. After a while I was the bud of their joke. I have one day a week to spend with my daughter just to have the day ruined by pranksters. They put the cheese in such a way the pizza looked like someone ejaculated on it. When I confronted the pizza delivery guy about it he said I just deliver the pizza. This only happened at this particular pizza hut. That's why I kept on giving them another chance. I could not eat those Pizzas, I gave the pizzas to my dogs." Waste...
