January 30th, 2022, My reason I gave it 1Star because yesterday my parents bought pizza from this place and we all noticed it tasted a little different, nd it turns out we all got FOOD POISONING today Jan 31, 22, my mom took my 11 year old brother to the Clinic nd then they told her to go the Hospital to get a Tomography nd turns out my brother has Hernia I know it sounds stu**d about the hernia, my brother has never had hernia but with the food poisoning made it worst. Reporting this business to the California Board Of Consumer Affairs for discrimination. I went in to pick up a pizza my wife ordered and was denied. I or my son pick up in this manner at least 2-3 times a week at this location. I waited and a woman came in picking up in the same manner. The employee didn’t ask her for an ID and handed over her order with no questions asked. I asked the woman if she order in the same manner and if she was asked for her ID. She was not. Honestly, great pizza! However, the service is slow, and they either give away your pizzas or don't make them accidently. Don't bother ordering online! I ordered through the website, came to the store within the 20 mins like it said, and got to the store, only to find out a couple of my pizzas weren't even made! So I had to wait an extra 20 mins in the store itself, which doesn't make sense if the website tells you the pizza should be ready in 20 mins. I saw a whole line of people get their pizzas and wings faster than I did. Skip the line, more like the store...
