Very bad customer service. Julisa took my order wrong and when I told her she said I would have to pay again if I wanted to place another order. But all I wanted was for then to correct my order since they made a mistake. Julisa was very rude and didn’t want to help me. Instead argued with me and said she didn’t get the order wrong. When I asked to speak to someone that can help, she said the owner didn’t answer the phone. So she didn’t resolve the issue and I had to pay for the wrong order. Furthermore, the food was not good. Very disappointing experience. Sunday staff lacks professionalism and ethics. Making derogatory comments in Spanish, assuming we didn’t speak the language.
