Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

We don’t see many of these places in Texas where we’re from. My spouse was very excited to eat here, it brought memories back from his childhood. We spent $20-$25 here. I saw a taco stand across the street, so I went to get something for myself since I wanted to have both kinds of food. We ate outside of Wienerschnitzel. When we were about finished, an employee came out, and rudely advised us “not to throw away our trash from the taco truck in her trash can since the guy from across the street does not come and take it out for her”. The 2 stars reflect not the food, but the way she made us feel. This was supposed to be a nice dinner/snack for both of us. I get that I ate someone else’s food outside of this establishment, but I also spent money here compared to what I spent across the street. I thought it was rude and out of line.she even looked in the trash can to see if we had already threw something in there. Been coming here all my life. Love the food here until recently I had an issue with my order. I tried calling but they wouldn't ans, called the next day and nothing. so I came 2 days later to speak to the manager. She wasn't available so girl called her on the phone. Manager asked why I waited to come complain? I explained I called but no ans. So, 1st they wouldn't help me without my receipt, then they wouldn't help me with my receipt. Store manager refuse to hear me out, the owner never ans his calls and corporate office disregarded my concern. Its been 3 1/2 weeks and still have not heard from anyone. I have not been back since. Store manager needs to learn how to appreciate her customers. Definitely will go...

Had it for the first time there. Took two years to finally go in for. Awesome. Had a five for five ninety five deal and a big tea. Then as soon as it was done the same five for five ninety five and a small lemonade and paid right then for the cone of the day. Awesome. Picked it up when finished and leaved.

Awesome. Also got one refill on each bev. Also for sure impressed by sanitary conditions, by level of conscientiousness to clean at their facility. Like pouring the refill into a separate container before filling a cup.

Smart staff. Good pricing. Have not been back. Probably won’t ever be. Got my fill. Weinershnitzel ! Very impressed...
