Subway — Restaurant in East Moline

Ordered online for instore pick up at lunch time. 12" spicy Italian melt on Italian herb and cheese with pepper jack cheese and smashed avacado. They made the sandwich with American cheese, white bread and sent me cups of avacado to add to my melt ( which means you have to pull it apart to put it on,  what a melt mess!). Of course this was a lunch order so I don't have time to run back and get a fixed sandwich (the bread and avacado would have been ediblebut the American cheese is a hard pass for me). Called and the employee and manager were like okay your sandwich was wrong so what. I asked for a refund...now I get to save the sandwich and return it after work. That ought to smell great sitting around all day. It's also wonderful when you pay for something and its not right to have the reaction of the manager be so what. I was polite,  did not "ask" for the manager was directed to her to see what she would do...which apparently is little to nothing. So frustrating. Now I am out a lunch period (wasted running to the place), no lunch, and have to make an extra trip to the store. Way...

Availability of condements was lacking the pickles were tasteless. Wanted a subway club just instead of ham i wanted salami, they charged me for two meats. The one person making the condement part of our sandwhiches was more worried about what meat and cheese we had on our sandwhiches then the condements we wanted on them. Had to tell her multiple times what we wanted on them before she actually got it right. When she marked our sandwhiches she marked my husbands bmt right with bmt mine she marked with his. Like really what does his mean?? Very unhappy with the older lady working. The lady that came in behind us wanted a certain bread they told her they were out of it so she left. It was only 7pm!!! Very very unhappy!!!! Will not be going back to...

Went an hour before close. Young lady was nice, very quiet, but the other woman there was extremely rude. Sometimes it is very hard to hear in there, i asked her "what did you say im sorry" and she proceeded to sigh very loudly and rudely, went silent for a few seconds then repeated her question with an attitude. this happened not once, but twice. she then proceeded to get an attitude with my boyfriend when he was choosing what kind of cheese he wanted after she asked. I also asked for extra pickles and banana peppers on my sandwich to which i did not recieve even if i was to be upcharged. very rude customer service. I usually have no problems at...
