I'm VERY disappointed with this Starbucks location. For starters, don't count on consistently getting your coffee as ordered. It seems to depend on who's on staff. Normally, I just deal with the wrong order if its not too far off from what I ordered but it becomes a BIG problem when I order an "Almond Milk Latte" loud and clear and on more than three separate occasions get regular cow milk. I have a pretty bad milk intolerance that throws my bowels and my health out of balance for days after consuming dairy. No fun. The last three times I clearly ordered an "Almond Milk Latte" the same young guy with dark hair and somewhat tan skin named Christian who took my order and repeated it to me to confirm....made my coffee with COW milk....by the time I noticed I was long gone. Very frustrating. I typically go to Starbucks not only because their coffee taste like good quality coffee to me but theyre usually consistent with your order which, as a consumer, is important to me. Besides the cowmilk issue I have had with this location....I have also experience attitude problems with other staff members...on one occasion a young lady whose name I can't remember was displeasing in the manner she communicated a wrong to me ....I recall leaving and feeling as though this place does not care about customers at all. I do plan on calling management at this point but I really don't plan on ever coming back to this location because of the above issues. $4.40 for a Latte is not a cheap latte. As a consumer I want to get the best bang for my buck. Therefore, if I'm willing to pay a higher price for an item its because I believe in its quality. I am very selective about my coffee and the way its done which is why I nearly always go to Starbucks because I can count on them to always get it right. This used to be such a wonderful Starbucks, my favorite in town, but I think that perhaps in the last year or so they changed managers or something because it hasn’t been the same for a long time now... today I’ve come in for a small Chai Latte, soy milk, espresso shot and caramel drizzle and NO ICE! I get to the window and as usual the young black woman was rude as every other time. I payed and left. I started to sip my drink, and when I go to the stop light on Golden Gate Parkway, my drink was finished! They basically sold me a $6 cup of ice! I work in the food industry too, I’m a waitress, I don’t mind paying $6 for a drink that I enjoy, but what bothers me is the terrible incompetent staff and the fact that I am almost always given what I didn’t ask for! I couldn’t even take the caramel, was charged for it anyway. It’s not about the money, it’s about the customer service! Read moreI came on June 11th, at 8:30 i placed a mobile order, it was matcha iced latte w brown sugar, vanilla foam & oatmilk (putting my order so partners know exactly who i am) when i get my drink they added chocolate malt powder to it, never asked for it, i understand mistakes happen, so i went through the drive-thru to let them know it was made wrong, i wasn’t even hostile, the man working drive thru orders became extremely defensive barley let me get a word in, cut me off several times, being very rude, it’s like he wasn’t hearing that i was saying, i kept trying to tell him i never added the malt powder in order but he kept repeatedly cutting me, finally after i got a word in to let him know that i didn’t have that powder his manager literally hopped on the headset and spoke for him because he was speechless. when i got to the window the same guy took my drink from me and read the sticker…. he didn’t say anything to me, never heard an apology from him, nothing from anyone. that starbucks is always so rude with dealing with their customers they have no partner connections, they’re literally just the worst all around. my dashcam caught the whole interaction. i really wish i woulda...
