Taco Bell — Restaurant in East Orange

I want someone at the management level or owners to know what is happening here. There is one of the managers who is very rude and very racist. He is a guy who wears makeup, I think his name is Jose. He is from my country because I asked one of the ladies. He calls the african american customers slurs in spanish and english and he does this in front of all the employees. There was one lady maybe 1 month ago that came in and was very angry at night. she said her food was wrong and when she complained in the drive thru he called her an n-word. i have seen this happen before with him, he always rolls his eyes at people. he acts like he doessnt care about anything. i come here during lunch too when hes not here and the lady with the red hair is so nice. but him, he is so bad and so rude. he shold not work here if he doesnt like the job or the people. I dont want anyone to lose the job, but hes not the right person...

I was really put off by how I saw the 2 young customers treated in front of me the other day. They ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and 2 drinks. They received their pizzas and empty cups at the same time. They soon learned the self service drink machine was turned off. They very politely tried to get some assistance- specifically to get their drinks filled behind the counter since the machine appeared off or broken. The workers literally ignore them- staring right at them aggressively- and all of a sudden it gets very awkward. After 5-6 minutes of them trying to decide if they want cold pizza or dry mouths an english speaking employee appears and turns on the soda machine. Meanwhile, I can hear the employees in the back making fun of the 2 girls in Spanish. All the customers wanted was their drinks. They were courteous and patient and didn't deserve (nor were they aware) that they were being made fun of. I...

This place always looks great. I was wary of the service because of my last visit and almost went all the way to Orange, but I buckled up and gave East Orange another shot.

I'm happy to say that although they looked a little short-staffed (I think they always are), my food was great this time around. Cheez-it wrap tastes good until you get to the end, and I don't know why, but it felt like it smelled like old puke. Not a knock on the food or the crew. It's my opinion on the dish, and I wish you could swap the burrito. Zero greens in it make me nauseous.

Overall, I am very impressed with the remarkable difference in service and food. I'm glad that my city got a nice...
