My mother and nieces went to this store because my son and daughter and I were flying in from out of the country. They stopped because chikfila would be closed by the time we landed and got there if we waited. At 9:23pm 5meals were ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 2 chicken nuggets 12pc meals and 1 reg chikfila sandwich meal. All simple enough. Well we only received 1 sandwich 1 nuggets box and 1 fry. Only even four drinks. I think in the rush my mother just grabbed and went to pick us up without even counting the drinks. When we got in the car my kids were starving and took out the food and low and behold the surprise of not enough for all of us. My mother is diabetic and I am to and I was having a low by the time she got there. I drank a bit of the soda in one of the drinks and then gave it to my kids. The only nuggets had to be shared and the sandwich was eaten by my hungry teen. We had to stop elsewhere because the place was closed by the time we went back. I called and was confirmed that it was at this store by the name of the employee and the transaction number. But was informed that unless we brought the actual food back there was nothing they could do. That with all the receipt details and card in hand there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I asked since we had the exact time for them to review the camera for what they packed. He declined. He said no. He said unless we had the food he wasn't going to do anything or help in any way. He didn't care all I thought would be fare would be a credit for the store or back to the card. We were charged for food we didn't receive. I am very surprised as I have never received this kind of reaction or treatment from the chikfila chains or had trouble with them. I think one time there was a fry missing and they just checked the reciept and boom another fry or a refund was offered. We chose the fry. I am surprised at the treatment and disconsidered attitude from the employee or manager. It was cold and non caring and indifferent to the circumstance. This store would get a zero simply for this employees attitude toward a resolve of what happened. Their mistake caused a lot of trouble for us. No reasonable solution was offered but to return food that was eaten for no reason as proof of what we were saying. Nothing but attitude. I am very upset. This was terrible. Hope I help someone save themselves from the trouble of stopping here and I do plan to write to corporate as I am sure they value...

A perfect example of why CFA maybe shouldn't be in certain areas: there's simply not a large enough pool of candidates qualified/willing to deliver the level of customer service consumers expect from this company. We expect to see young folks and some groups of young folks think it uncool to be nice and courteous, even at work and especially amongst their peers. Stopped by this location on the way home from the airport. Through the drive-through, ordered a sandwich meal with a lime lemonade and redeemed points for a kale crunch side. Got to the pick-up window and collected my lemonade. After a few minutes, the cashier let me know she'd given me the wrong kind and swapped it out. "Whew, I thought. There's the mess-up I was expecting. No biggy." I get the rest of my order and halfway down the road discover that not only are my fries crappy (floppy, lukewarm, and tasteless), my kale crunch isn't in the bag. Everyone I know who frequents CFA will testify that it's the fries for them. But I was really looking forward to that kale. I return to the restaurant and go in this time. The dining area is visibly dirty (as in needs an extensive wipe-down from ceiling to floors) and the employees are standing around exchanging less-than-witty banter before they could be bothered with addressing me. I get the kale crunch (with no almonds) and ask for an exchange of fries. I ask for the almonds and receive them along with only slightly better fries. At home, I pop them in the air fryer and add pink salt. In the end, however, I was left with a meal that felt like punishment from the Universe for eating fast food in 2025, not the travel/cheat day "treat" I'm used to Chick-fil-A being. Spicy Deluxe sandwich was cold (and the not even slightly melted cheese let me know it hadn't been hot for a while). The bun was so soggy, I pictured someone dumping extra pickle juice along with the extra pickles I'd asked for. Fries were pale, saltless, and contained way too many of the potato butt pieces. And the kale crunch had way too much dressing. I hear ya, Universe....
Read moreSo, I was afraid I would be posting my very first negative review for Chick-fil-A. 😭 Through no fault of the drive through representative the scanner debited my Chick-fil-A app for only half of my order although the full amount was available to charge. After sitting in the Drive-Thru, for what felt like forever, she attempted to cancel the order and then reenter it. The funds were not released back to my app and now we did not have enough funds remaining to complete the order. She looked at another representative very confused as to what she should do next. We had a elderly family member in the car, that was desperately in need of a meal as a result of her lowering blood sugar. I had made up my mind to just go ahead and pay the full price for the meal using my credit card and then take up the matter of the funds that were debit from my account with customer service at a later point in time. The drive-through representative called over a manager, Charlotte, and explained what happened. Charlotte asked that since we were holding up the line we pull over to the side and a representative would be over to assist. I'll admit it frustrated me even further that we needed to leave the line however I did as asked. We had now been in the Drive-Thru line for nearly 20 minutes. Absolutely unheard of at most Chick-fil-A locations. After sitting to the side for another 5 minutes our elderly passenger asked if we could leave and go to another restaurant but just as I was about to pull off Charlotte walked over and explained that the representative would be to the car with our meal shortly. Not even 2 minutes later a gentleman walked over with our complete order. Everything was freshly prepared and exactly as we had requested. Charlotte saved the day!
