I am leaving this review for both Little Caesars and Doordash, as this experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order for 5 pizzas directly on the Little Caesars website to feed my high school students who were staying after school for a club. Only 2 pizzas were delivered, even though I was charged $50. It was only after I completed my purchase that I discovered Doordash was handling the delivery. I am not familiar with Doordash, which is why I did not order through them directly—I trusted the Little Caesars website to handle my order properly. When I contacted Doordash, the driver told me he only received two pizzas from the store and told me to call Little Caesars. When I called Little Caesars, they told me the driver should have checked both order pickup boxes in the store, since sometimes large orders are split into more than one. That’s when the finger-pointing began. I called the driver back to explain what the store said. He admitted that the Little Caesars staff were standing around talking and gossiping and never told him the order was split between two pickup boxes. Before I could ask more questions, he hung up on me. I called Little Caesars again. The first representative dropped the call while “looking up my order.” When I called back, another representative told me they could not issue a refund for just the 3 pizzas I never received. She said they could only process a full refund—but since 2 pizzas had already been delivered, they claimed they could not refund the order at all. In other words, I was left charged for food that never arrived, with no resolution. When I asked for a manager, she was unhelpful and simply told me to either call Little Caesars customer service or Doordash customer service to report the issue. No ownership, no accountability, and no real help. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. The driver hung up on me, the store staff were careless and unprofessional, and the manager couldn’t provide any solution. I’ve had to escalate this through my credit card company just to try to get my money back. I have never left a negative review before, but this experience deserves one. Do not order delivery from this location. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and outright rudeness left me and my students without food. What happened here isn’t just bad service—it’s theft, because I was charged for 5 pizzas but only received 2. I will never order from this...
Read moreI was craving pizza, but not just any pizza, the Cheeser Cheeser Pizza. I am very particular and like my food how I like my food, and I’m willing to pay extra for it. So I ordered my pizza with double pepperoni, extra garlic butter brushed on the pizza and extra Parmesan on the crust. This took the basic pizza from being $7.99 to $12. I ALWAYS order my pizza this way and it’s USUALLY worth it...NOT THIS TIME!!! As soon as the girl at the counter opened the box I questioned her, “is this the way it’s supposed to look?” She claimed that’s how it comes. I told her I get this pizza all the time and that I know for a fact it doesn’t. At first I asked for a refund but I REALLY wanted pizza so then I just asked if they could remake it and she agreed, but then I could hear my daughter’s voice asking me “why would you let them remake your food?” She was a server for a few years and confirmed most people’s theory that some restaurant workers are doing stuff to your food when you complain or they view you as problematic. By this time she was on the phone so I just said never mind and snatched my pizza up and left. This particular pizza usually has about 1/2 to 1 inch of crust around the edge that has no sauce or toppings BUT this pizza literally had 3 inches of crust with nothing on it; I’m talking breadstick pizza; you know, as in pizza with built in breadsticks as the border of the pizza. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Please see attached pics!!! smh. I will NEVER give this establishment another penny...
Read moreMy rating is based on the experience with the staff and not the food itself. "Zariah" is the name on my receipt.
Customer service isn't for everyone. Being a "people person" isn't everyone's niche. I understand. I also understand that one experience can shape the way a person feels about returning. The food isn't "so incredible" that I would.
Dry, inattentive, passive, "can't wait to go home" is the message I got. So clear that my 15-minute wait for my food to longer as I was not informed it was ready or that I had to physically come inside (that could've been communicated with me before I drove off to park). A little effort on her part could've gone a further way.
I will say that once I got inside, upon seeing me, her body language changed. She seemed apologetic, though no words were exchanged. I'm sure she could see my annoyance. It was nothing to go off about or mention to her because everyone is in the position of working in these times and I know the frustration it brings. I just hope things do get better.. with her, with her service, and with the system they...
