American Deli — Restaurant in East Point

Customer SERVICE suburb the young lady up front is clean courtesy and fast and respectful. The food was excellent I got a salad a grilled chicken salad she makes your salad right in front of you to your liking a customer service area is superb I noticed the score being 86 but I see no flaw maybe it was some inside stuff that we do not see but I will return I work for APS and I made sure I told all my co-workers to come there and take care of that young lady as far as tipping her I was unable to tip her when I get paid and go back there and order my food she will begin a tip from me love you to death little baby girl up there don't know your name but your customer service and your smile will make me come back every time I pay for customer service I love it and thanks again American Deli in East Point in the Walmart plaza please visited the customer service rep lady behind the desk is superb give her a raise love her to death see you...

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a wing restaurant in my entire life. I went in on Friday August 16, 2019 with my husband. We asked for two six piece hot with shrimp fried rice and a drink, however that is not what we received. When we sat to eat open up our to go containers, we received French fries and a 6 piece hot, that is not what we ordered. As we approached the register I explained my order was wrong. The skinny tattooed ghetto waitress said there would be an up charge, then she said I’m not the cook, however you took my order and did not try to correct it, if she had not been having a private conversation in public I believe she possibly could have gotten my order correct. She had a very nasty attitude I will not spend another dollar in that American Deli, and I don’t believe anyone else should either. I had to give 1star but because it doesn’t allow no stars, I’ll give it but it is underserving because of that...

Good burgers...but when it gets busy they need to suspend the "open the box and show everybody their food" thing and just call the ticket number and handout the food. Sometimes the food just sits on the back counter because the register person is too busy---just have the cook call the number when he brings it up (that would only take 2 seconds). They also need to hand out the food at the end of the counter, and move the condiments somewhere else instead of at the register as well, which causes major delays and a traffic jam. I've been trying to order and people are fighting to get around me to get condiments. When service is slow that would be a good time to clean off the tables and sweep and mop the floor and bathroom. I have came in numerous times and someone is just standing at the register with no customers, just looking into space, while all the tables are dirty and the floor is sticky--same for...
