I actually love the food here, but the service is terrible. I placed an order for 1 entree (the spaghetti) at 2:55pm; received email confirmation of the order with a pickup time of 3:25pm. Because I already know from previous experience that it takes quite a while for orders to come up, I didn’t show up to pick it up until 3:50. At that time I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 4:45pm. I get back at 4:50 and was told at 5:03 that it still wasn’t ready. I advised the server (who was very nice) to cancel the order; she goes in the back for a few minutes and comes out with the food. I let her know that I’m no longer interested in the order and would like to be refunded. I was told that online orders have to canceled online. I pull up my order online and asked the server how/where to cancel it online, but was advised that she’s never done it before so she didn’t know how to. So you’re advising a customer to do some thing that you have no knowledge of doing… So then she calls someone, by the name of Judy I believe, and explains the situation, and that I would like a refund. After multiple questions from Judy and back & forth with the server, I ultimately left and will dispute the charge with my bank. Again, the food is great but the service is horrible. They’ve completely lost a customer.
Update : After leaving the restaurant, I received an email notifying me that a refund will be issued to my account in...
Read moreEvery time I go to Lov'n It Live the service is outstanding, the customer service is very friendly, and the food is such a delight. As a Naturopathic Traditional Doctor and a Raw Food Chef, I am not surprised by the outlandish comments about the food being expensive.
The food is not expensive when it is designed to save your life from future heart attack, high blood pressure, Cancer, diabetes and other expensive diseases incurred from having a dollar Happy Meal at Micky D's or any other processed, fast food joint....Take your pick folks. Pay now or pay much more later!!
I think they reason why people experience price shock is because of the cheap prices they pay for the stuff they "think" is food.
Sadly, real wholesome, organic food cost, but it has saved me and my family tons of money. I have not been to the doctor in over 36 years and my 8 and 14 year old sons has never been to the hospital, seen a doctor or a nurse nor know anything about HMO or Medicare.
With that said, I recommend this wonderful raw food restaurant if you want a delicious meal that is made with organic healthy food and sprinkled with lots of love...
Read moreThe food was, good!. It tastes better than it looks. I posted a bad review a few months ago, and I would have to apologize on behalf of that. Food is on the pricy side, and I'm not to fond of the half portions being sold, but honestly the service was decent, and the food tasted good.
I got the burgers, and it actually looks like how they show it. The item is very very slightly warm, not hot, and everything in the burger holds up well. No sloppy mess. The bun is thick enough to resemble a soft flatbread, and the patty an all the ingredients in it are good and taste uniform. Not too sharp with the veggies and herbs (since I cannot tell if its raw or cooked) , and not tasteless either. The cheese sauce does not taste cheesy or like vegan cheese but instead matches perfectly for the burger. .
The burger is on the small side, about a 4 inch square. I'm not sure if they gave me 2 because of the wait, (wait times are extremely long) or because if that's how many come with it. But 2 seems to be a good portion size for $20. It could have also been a mistake as well, Idk. I will have to go...
