Dear Oz Pizza, Zero stars I have been a patron or over 10 years. Today I tried to get a large 2 topping pizza as was promised by OZ pizza due to a failure to cook 2 ā€œThe Mackā€ slices correctly. I posted on social media and you reached out to me to correct the situation. I promised my toddler pizza. However, I attempted to redeem the ā€œCOMPā€ I was supposed to be given. The young man Jeremiah was new and didn’t know to process this so he called a manager. The manager eventually came to the counter and looked at thier ā€œComp boxā€. There were no names in there including mine. So I showed her the email confirmation from Oz Pizza to accommodate me or my trouble. She said she would not honor it. Would not provide her name so I took a picture of her. She told me to wait, then took 7 customer orders as I waited patiently. Then she came and told me she would not honor it. I told her that I would place a review and that she was disappointing my daughter. She rand the pizza up at full price. I again showed her the email. My kid is waiting and hungry and I HAVE TO KEEP MY PROMISE. She eventually comes back and tells me I’m doing you a favor by giving you this pizza. I had a promise from your franchise to correct a simple mistake your cooks made 2x prior. I never raised my voice, used profanity, or tried to reach around the counter...I just wanted customer service. Finally one employee told me her name ā€œAiyannahā€, She never told me her name and was rude, unprofessional, and tried to make me feel like a beggar (a waitress told me her name). This 20ish person has not been trained in customer service. Most of the previous workers are no longer on staff and I can only wonder why. She had me waiting to place my order for 16 minutes and I had to wait 20 minutes to get a pizza I doubt I would feed my child since I’ve worked in service for years and she went to the kitchen. I finally got my pizza with a starving child and was told ā€œthis is the last time we will serve you.ā€ You need to handle your staff. I’d rather go to Fellinis at this point, and be treated like a person. Point blank other customers/employers noticed she was disrespectful, rude, argumentative, unwilling to validify the email, spoke harsh words, tried to shame me even with proof, and possibly spit in my food when I was willing to spend more money at your establishment, and a bad word in front of my hungry toddler. She should not be representation of that establishment and I do not feel comfortable going there again even tough my daughter attends soccer there (so we were regulars). Please look into any video you have for 02/27/2023. Only Jeremiah and a young waitress tried to address me calmly but didn’t know how to process the comp. You have high turnover for a reason. I'm a professional with customer service for over 25 yrs this is not okay. Thank you, Michelle Jordan Do not go to oz pizza in east point. I have been to this location for years. It has been ok until recently. First two slices were burned. Nice waitress tried to fix it. I have been to this location for years. It has been ok until recently. First two slices were burned. Nice waitress tried to fix it. It looked good when I picked second slices up. They soggy uncooked. Even my air fryer couldn't fix it and my 3yr old said no. Alyssa (mgr) hung up on me until I called back and said they weren't corporate/LLC and was rude as hell for a takeout order I work hard for as a single mom. We lost time and money here (I think the employee knew it bc she wouldn't take tip)

Oz Pizza holds a certain nostalgia for me, reminiscent of my high school days when I frequented the Fairburn location after competing against Landmark High School. With fond memories of those visits, my expectations were high as I returned, now able to enjoy a slice of pizza with a cold beer—an indulgence I once observed my parents and other adults savor. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of those expectations. The pizza itself was notably lacking in flavor. Ideally, the toppings should enhance the taste of the dough and sauce, creating a harmonious blend. Instead, I found the dough and sauce to be bland, serving merely as a base that relied too heavily on the toppings for any semblance of flavor. The service was typical for a casual pizza establishment—neither outstanding nor objectionable. The atmosphere inside is relaxed, complemented by a spacious patio area. If you're in the vicinity, I encourage you to visit and form your own opinion of the place. Despite my less-than-satisfactory experience, I am willing to give Oz Pizza another chance, hoping it was merely an off day.

This was our first time here My husband used to drive for Uber eats and he was saying he always wanted to stop by there because it smells so good and I see why it was so delicious so fresh I had a pesto pizza with so many fresh vegetables I can't even talk right now It was so good then I found out after I ordered the vegetarian pizza they have a gluten-free pizza so you know I'm going back and try that this was the most delicious pizza I ever had in my life and it was cool in there because of the snow but the pizza stayed smoking hot it was so good I can't wait to go back and the guy behind the counter was so nice to us like he listened to me and I told him I can't have marinara sauce because I knew that was a for real pizza place The marinara sauce got a little kick to it I can't have no little kick no spice he said we have pesto sauce and then you can get light cheese and then he let me switch out artichokes for green peppers it was just so great I'm so ready to go back Thank you so much

My daughter & I dined in at oz pizza east point location on nov 3rd. I ordered a calzone, 2 slices of chs pizza, & 2 drinks. The food was ok. The service and the employees at this location needs to be properly trained or replaced, plain and simple. I walked in at the counter wasn't greeted, the 3 young ladies standing there. One with blue hair, one w/red hair and the other w/dark hair, she was light complexion African American. They were discussing if the manager or owner cares if they wear short shorts. And during the convo they were cursing and the light complexion lady was like "hell naw he dont care, He know Im wearing my shorts and I dnt care" They were just caring on that conversation as if customers weren't standing there. Then I sat down at the booth directly across from the kitchen. The kitchen is wide open, so u see and hear everything. The guys were playing loud cursing rap music, it was a tall slim guy with his hat turned to the back with tattoos on his face, that young man didnt have any filter. He talked about all kind of inappropriate things. My 6yrs was like "mommy that guy is doing a lot of cursing" smh... For my 6 year old to recognize that and know that, that wasn't right in a place of business/restaurant. I was pissed to say the least. We were in a restaurant trying to eat and enjoy our meal, not in the streets. And I could definitely tell these employees are far too comfortable the way that they talked and acted. This looks like something that is tolerated every single day. I will not be back. The owner obviously dont take pride in their business and only cares about making a dollar. This is not okay... Lastly, our sliverware was filthy, and the lady said oh it's just fingerprints, lol, smdh....

The fall off of a legend is official. I used to live in East Point. Oz was something special. I don’t go by as often since Ive been moved, but I still stop by occasionally. I aint gonna flame em too hard just because of who they USED to be, but I think it’s clear at this point they might need to release that location and a let a new business take their shot.

Again, not even pulling up nothing from all the recent failures. Just look at today. If they’re gonna be closed on Tuesdays they need to have that information reflected everywhere like a normal business. I don’t know why they would even be closed on Tuesdays, but sure. Whatever. But my man; change your goggle info and set your answering system to reflect that yall are closed. This is just basic business 101. And Im not being too hard on them. Im a small business owner myself with a location. It takes TWO SECONDS to just update your business profile to let people know yall are closed that day.

ā€œIf it’s that easy then why don’t they do it?ā€ EXACTLY. East Point Oz has been an unserious location for a lil min now. It just makes me mad cause despite everything I was trying to treat my staff today. Was trying to GIVE yall money. Camel, meet straw.

Don’t know what changed but it’s obvious something has. Again, I’m not gonna give ALL my recent critiques just out of respect of who yall were, but I think we can all agree it might be time to move on from the East Point Oz.

And this is the best, most respectful I can be, cause I REALLY...
