The food is delicious! I believe they have a culinary chef in the back, must be. The fish was crisp & light, much more sophisticated than mom & pop cooking. I've never liked creamy grits, but I do here. We were very satisfied with our choices to say the least and the cafe itself is cute & comfy. I saw a few people using wifi & watching netflix while they waited. It is a long wait, which I wasn't prepared for, I know next time. My only gripe is the mask wearing, please put it on your mouth & nose or get vax & take it off and distance yourself from the customers. Besides that, the staff is friendly & pleasant. Note that oj, cranberry & apple juice are $3.49. I don't think we could even finish our drinks, why I wouldn't think to order coffee at a coffee cafe is beyond me😖. I will try the coffee next time, we'll surely be back. So glad we tried this breakfast spot.

Second time at Rosie's and each visit has gotten worse. First visit ordered my food and then waited over 40 minutes for my food. When I finally asked one of the workers she picks my order up off the counter and says here you go. Needless to say that my food is cold when I attempted to eat it. First incident was 8/26/2020 and I decided to torture myself again today thinking maybe they had an off day then. 9/28/2020 I arrive at around 10:40 a.m. and order my food. Once again I wait and wait while others get their food and leave. At about 11:35 a.m. I'm once again tired of waiting for food that shouldn't take that long to prepare and I ask the young lady that took my order about my food. Would you guess she does the exact same thing as my first visit. This time I say to her can I have a refund because I'm not paying for cold food again. She then tried to explain to me how it's my fault as I should've either checked the bags myself or repeatedly asked them and shows me a sign that says no refunds. Underneath said sign it states that once you leave the premises all sales are final. I explain to her that this doesn't apply to me because I haven't so much as touched the bag and I'm still here. She asks the manager who initially agrees and says no refunds. I ask to speak to the manager who recalls seeing me sitting right across from the kitchen window for over an hour and sees that I haven't accepted the food and refunds my money. I definitely would have loved to support and recommend this small black owned business but unfortunately this has made me more reluctant about supporting small black owned businesses in the future. Sad to say but I ended up going to waffle house to get my food and it only took them 15 minutes.

1st time there for breakfast. But Never again. The hostess were pleasant but the owner and the food is a flat zero. The owner comes through the front door of her very small and quaint establishment walking past all her patrons in very snoodish and very uppity attitude not acknowledging anyone with good morning not even a thank you. As a restaurant owner your etiquette speak volume. When entering into your establishment you always acknowledge the people that are supporting you no matter how small or large. The food is too expensive not to be good. I had chicken wings and waffles. the chicken wings were very salty and and hard had a spoiled taste. When i told the waitess she said they were aware and would fry some new. By the time they came out my waffle was cold so I ask for it to go. My waffle meal was with maple syrup so when ordering this $11.00 waffle I said ok real maple syrup. So i asked for the maple syrup to take for waffle I was giving mrs. Butter worth asked is this maple syrup to the waitress her answer was "yes mrs. Butter worth is" with a pleasant smile. She was young so i took it as she was blissfully unknowable about certain things. So getting home warmed my waffle to eat my newly cooked wings and Mrs. Butter worth which is not the expensive maple syrup which was the reason i choose the waffle meal and the WINGS were EXACTLY the same SALTY TASTE..... THE one star is for the waitress.

Ok i wanted something different this morning. Like a mom and pop food chain and not the normal Waffle House breakfast. So my guy and i went on google to find a eating spot. We chose Rosie’s and he had heard about people talk about it before that it was ok to try. Let me start first my saying the wait time for our food was extremely long (35) min for two simple dishes. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffles. Food was so bland!!! I thought ok of you charge this much for 6pcs of shrimp and a small bowl of grits it has to be super delicious. I was so anxious to get my food. OMG My grits was lumpy, my shrimp and the sauce it came with was tasteless. So i asked my guy to try it and he agreed it was not right. So i tasted his waffle it was a “Water Waffle” the waffle was made with water and should have been made with milk or cream to give a rich flavor. I expressed to my waitress that this was horrible and i should had just went to the Waffle House for breakfast. Thumbs down for my guy and i it was the worst breakfast I had in a long time. I have posted before and after pictures to see we didn’t get full that morning. Food remained on the plates.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the food didn't make me sick & GrubHub delivery was on time. Yesterday I ordered a slice of cake for $4.99 and received a small slice of lemon pound cake that was dry plus no cutlery. When I looked at the clear clamshell it came in they clearly wrote "2/7"! I sincerely hope that was the prepared date at least, otherwise what I initially consumed would be more than 8 days old if it was the sell-by date. Ugh... On top of that, as for the shrimp poboy I ordered...flavor was good, not too salty, and they didn't forget the remoulade sauce this time and placed it on the side as requested. But the shrimp were over-fried. Not a little but a lot. It was cold too - not warm - and I only live maybe 10 minutes from Rosie's. The driver was on time & I watched his progress on the GH map so they must've made it waaay early. It seems each time I patronize the East Point location the food/service gets worse, next time try closing on President's Day to the publick and regroup for the rest of the week perhaps? I've never had a problem at the Northside Drive location, so I will give Rosie's one more try there before I write them off for good.

I came here to get coffee and was severely disappointed… As a coffee enthusiast, having a barista present at the coffee bar that knows what they’re is the least of expectations. I asked the cashier for an iced macchiato, extra shot, toffee hazelnut flavor, almond milk… - As she was making the drink, I noticed she reached for coffee carafe to pour that in my drink. I immediately stopped and asked wasn’t she supposed to use the barista and put the espresso in a shot glass or directly into the cup? She stated that what was in the carafe is the same as the espresso, the same grounded up coffee beans and I’m like ma’am that’s not how espresso is made…. - She proceeded to pour watery coffee into my drink and she didn’t even make it correctly. Everyone knows that in a macchiato the espresso is pour last over the top …. She made my drink in the form of a latte. - I hate watery coffee so I couldn’t finish this. Waste of money, needless to say I won’t be coming back here for coffee.
