Arby's — Restaurant in East Providence Township

This Arby's location simply just does not meet standards that the Arby's franchise (that I know and love) sets. My dissatisfaction was initially ignited by the lack of attention to my order details. I ordered Five (5) Chicken Tenders and One (1) Medium Mint Chocolate Shake; however, I received only Three (3) Chicken Tenders and One (1) Medium Mint Chocolate Shake. To my dismay, this was not the only mishap. The demeanor of the staff working was rather lack luster. I expect more from you, Arby's Staff. To top it all off, my chicken tenders were an unholy thing. They had probably been used as a doormat, fried in gasoline, and seasoned with fingernail shavings. Due to these reasons, I shall never - and I repeat - NEVER return to this Arbys location. I originally posted 3 stars, but actually meant to do more. Sorry about that. The owner replied and I realized how many stars I'd given. Pretty awesome and good testimony to the care of the management that they replied so fast. I thought my wrap was pretty darn good and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The chicken nuggets for the kids were very good too. Best of all was the customer service. We were really impressed by the gentleman at the counter who really went out of his way to make sure we had whatever we wanted warmed if it didn't come that way by design, was very personable, and was sure to offer whatever could make our meal better. Ordered a French Dip without cheese and “Extra crispy curly fries “ What I got, same fries they were giving everyone and Ajou that you can see the bottom of the cup in. I’m no expert, but eat enough French Dips to know I’m not supposed to be able to see the bottom. Arby’s, you need to do way better than this.

Update on 3/12/24. A day after I made this review I received an email from Arby’s asking for more information and my email address, phone number and more details. I sent them what they asked for. What happened you may ask?? NOTHING!! No phone calls, no emails not even a text. Just goes to show you that businesses don’t care anymore...
