McDonald's — Restaurant in East Providence Township

Avoid this McDonald's! I rarely write a negative review; this is the exception. We waiting 20 minutes inside for food (double cheeseburger, reg cheeseburger, four piece nugget and two drinks). We watched as the workers put food in bags, took it back out, served pretty much only drive thru. I noticed our order number disappeared from the prep screen but never appeared on finished. I asked a worker, she turned around said it was posted on the physical board and was still being prepped. Waiting another 5-6 minutes as all others after us were filled. Asked another young person and explained. He reluctantly went to check. Dumped a large fry back into the bin to make a small fry for us. Handedus a bag. I said drinks were still missing. Hands us a fountain cup while saying iced coffee was still being prepared. Went to iced tea (paid extra for unsweetened tea) dispenser which was empty. At this point I just got soda. Still waiting on iced coffee. Finally after 25 minutes got out to go order. The fries and nuggets were cold. The burgers ok. Danielle is the only competent employee there. We went through the drive through and ordered our meal. When we were met at the first window to pay, a very nice young boy explained there was two busses awaiting food and that our food would be delayed. We asked if he could give us an estimate of how long the delay would be. He was timid and said he’d ask his manager because he was new. Then a woman arrived in the window with a major attitude and rudely said we have no idea how long this is gonna take. We said that’s fine but we are on a schedule, so if it’s likely going to take 30 min or more we would just not buy and leave. She then gave us more attitude. We went to leave and at the second window Danielle showed us she had our order ready. Confused we told her we didn’t pay yet, but if that was in fact our order we’d like to pay and leave. She happily took our payment all the while her managers were screaming in the background that we didn’t pay and were rudely shuffling about. We stop in breezewood every couple months when we drive to visit family and normally choose anything but this place and after this experience, will continue to do just that. We ordered inside. The lady who was taking orders was rolling her eyes and refusing to be helpful in anyway to people who didn't want to make orders on the kiosk (I did but this is what i was observing) For example, a gentleman asked to get a number 2 but didn't want a drink. She said no. Just no. He said okay if I have to have a dri k can it just be ice water? "No" didn't offer any alternative or anything ( he was a much older gentleman) it was just very off putting to witness.

We waited 44 minutes for 3 happy meals and a medium fry. They didn't give us the sauce. They didn't get us the drinks. The fries were cold and crunchy. Went back in to get all of this and no one came to the front for over 10 minutes. We got there at 750 and left at 9 with half our paid for food and what we did have was gross. We still had 3 hours to drive so just left. Out of all the restaurants in the area avoud this one...
