Where's my thesaurus? I need more words other than incredible, amazing, fantastic, exemplary! My husband and I stopped here on a whim while waiting for a truck repair. We were the only patrons at the time because it was a weird time- too late for lunch, too early for dinner. The first impression hit big! The place was sparkling clean and beautifully designed. Our server, Sam, was without exaggeration, the best server I've had anywhere. She was friendly, really funny, and so personable. She made what was already a good experience, absolutely stellar. We gasped when the food came out. The pics don't do it justice. Art on a plate, or as I said to Sam, those are some sexy plates of food! The fried plantains had a bit of carmelization so they were slightly crispy. The HOMEMADE corn tortillas were delectable, unlike any I've had before. I had the carne asada and my husband had a burrito. Everything was on point, just delicious and authentic. Don't even get me started on the flan. We were determined to only eat half so we would have leftovers.... yeah, THAT didn't happen. Left there with a major mood high. Absolutely phenomenal. Sam, if you're reading this, thank you! And if you go to Providence Athenium, the library I told you about, be sure to check the drawers in the desks on...

Visited for brunch! We had one of their specials; a Chorizo hash. It was great! All the spicy stuff was on the side: which was a good thing because it was so spicy but in a good way. They were able to make substitutions for us as well. I definitely recommend their Mexican style breakfast. As for the standard American breakfast: it’s just okay. Kind of mild but would probably be good for kids and people who order from the American side at a Mexican place haha. The eggs were perfect though and I liked the potatoes!

For dinner: We were fans of the Birria tacos! Nice large sized ones. The nachos were larger than we expected too! Perfect size (with the extra chips on the side, it was way easier to eat than usual nachos) Loved the strawberry margaritas ; it was a little too sweet at first but once the ice melts a bit, they are perfect! I’m sure they would be amazing blended :) I have heard nice things about their brunch here but haven’t had it here myself. We came late near closing and tried to speed out as fast as we could but ended up being a few minutes after their close. While they were still nice to us; it is obvious they don’t take tables that late usually - best to go about an hour before closing so...

Breakfast just doesn't get any better than this. Not sure what you want? Try their "Undecided" option and enjoy two of the fluffiest scrambled eggs imaginable, golden-brown home fries, and crisp bacon. Then savor two lovely, buttery pancakes that practically melt in your mouth. The pancakes are thick -- but not heavy. They were obviously made by a wizard in the kitchen. (Note that you can have your eggs any style and can select from different meat choice options; the above is just what I had. They even offer a vegetarian "bacon" option.)

Francesca's coffee is also excellent, whether hot or iced. It is robust and flavorful -- but never, ever bitter. It has a wonderfully smooth finish. I'm not a black coffee drinker but I can enjoy their coffee black. Yes. It is THAT GOOD. Cream is available, of course, if you want it.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. The server staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating.

Chef's kiss all around. They also have a lunch menu, which I have not tried yet. But I absolutely will. Highly recommended. This place is a gem. Thank you to Francesca's staff; you are wonderful! I...

You really have to try this... seriously just go. I had a perfect dinner there this evening. It's a foodies dream, everything was so fresh, made in house, and the attention to detail was obvious. Tacos dorados... solid five stars. Crunchy, seasoned well, authentic flavors, I could eat that every day. What really blew me away was the little touches, the cotija cheese and crema really make it sing. I had the carne asada for an entree, it was perfect. Great cook on the skirt steak, tender, flavorful, seasoned well, and juicy. Again, the details make the dish, tortillas were made to order, and the charred jalapeño was so epic. Service was friendly and attentive, owners were charming and hospitable. Drinks were excellent, espresso martini even had the three coffee beans. Ambiance is great, simple, clean, well lit, and tidy. I honestly can't wait to go back, this place is a gem. Also check out their facebook page for specials. I'm dying to try the lemon ricotta pancakes with caramelized apples.
