It's good sandwich place, nice and simple, lack season but ok. I got it for a mother's day gift, thier grilled cheese is cheese between flip burger bun fried in butter, delicious, the sesame seeds made it better. Thier southern fried fish, I think tilapia or Whiting, is breaded (i think in Italian bread crumbs), no crunch, well cooked it was ok. The roast beef was nicely cooked, just wise it had a bit more seasonings. Their pastrami Ruben was not a true Ruben, it was built like a pulled pork with slaw. The slaw was fresh, in fact you can have it on most your sandwiches if wished. Their bake beans is sweet with a vinegar tang, I enjoyed it. Thd pulled pork sandwich sweet, yummy but a little weird, maybe because oc the molasses. I ordered the food via door dash. I think its why my food was cold and i had to pay for ketchup, tartar sauce and horseradish. While i'm at it,, the horseradish sauce was delicious as well as the tarter sauce sharp and strong. Over all not bad. If you like a pure sandwich go here.

Woww!! I was blown away with how good their Pastrami Sandwich was! I'm not in the East Providence area often and didn't have high hopes based on the food I've had in the past in EP. I came here for RI Food Fights and got their Grilled Pastrami Sandwich (Not Reuben). Legit high quality Pastrami, so tender and great flavor. The bun was amazing and soft. I think it was a Martin's potato bun, so good. The sauce I chose was their horseradish cream sauce which was a smart choice. It had a small punch and enhanced the pastrami flavor. I got the Regular size which is $8.75. It was pretty big for their smallest sized sandwich option. 4oz of meat is plenty. Cheese was an extra $.75. Pro tip, get a David's Cookie Chocolate Chip Brownie that they sell packaged at the register. It's only $3 for a heavy 4oz brownie. I can't believe how amazing and fudgy it was! Just like having a fresh homemade batch out the oven - unbelievable! Also, the service and staff was extremely friendly.

first time I had it, delicious - top notch; past three times when I’ve given it a try, the pastrami has been WAY too thick and distributed/chopped all wrong, I had to tear my sandwich in half because only the top piece of bread was sliced in the middle (which made the pastrami all fall out/go to one side since it was so thick, and the sandwich hadn’t been cut all the way through or even close) they have so much potential! the townie sauce is pretty good as well as the horseradish cream sauce & their spicy mustard. you can’t beat the fries when their fresh and salted well and made properly. also I like that they offered cacoila. I guess I just wish they could consistently put more care into the making of their sandwiches so they’d be more enjoyable for the customer.

July 15, 2015: My husband and I moved to East Providence nine weeks ago. A friend of ours from the area told us about many of the local shops, restaurants, and other businesses around that he thought we would be interested in. When he described Miller's Roast Beef he told us we should try it and that he though it was pretty good and also ate there often. Well, he lied... it's not pretty good... IT'S TERRIFIC! Today, we decided to try it for the first time! The first thing I noticed, even before we ordered was the smiles on the faces of all the staff. They were busy and they looked like they were enjoying themselves! I was impressed with the service we received and how happy the staff was to explain anything I asked and even offered suggestions when we ordered all the while with a real smile and pleasant even happy demeanor. I was thinking to myself, too bad they can't bottle their enthusiasm... I would buy that too! While we waited at a table for less than five minutes to hear our name called to fetch our meal, one of the customers from the next table leaned in to sing the praises of Millers Roast Beef. Then we tasted the food... I didn't know that roast beef could taste so good, and my husband agreed! The quality of the food was top notch with a wide selection of choices, and tasted great too! The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and eager to please as visiting the home of a friend. If you are looking for a meal that's fast and tasty but not fast food, in a clean and relaxed environment, reasonably priced and great service... This is the place to go! I know we'll be back, (probably in a couple of days). When we left we both had smiles on our faces and we didn't need to buy a bottle...

YUMMY! I went here on Thursday 4/15/21. Had been many years since I had eaten here, at least 10 years. Other than the price increase not much has changed, & in this case that's a good thing! The quality of food remains, portions true to size (cant skimp when sandwiches are ordered by the lb. of meat selection 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 lb) I ordered the Beast & named spot on! The Beast is 1/2 lb of roast beef. I never knew that you could order the beef per your preference rare, med rare, med, well done etc..... I think this option is fantastic & makes sense, that's how we order our steaks, of course we should do this w/a roast beef sandwich! I requested rare which was perfection & no the cow WASN'T STILL MOOING! The roast beef was delicious, not over done in spices or overcooked. Was fresh, moist, tender, thinly sliced & piled high. You most definitely need both hands to lift this sandwich to your mouth or use a fork if you prefer. I requested both swiss cheese & lettuce on the sandwich. Gotta say this is where I was disappointed. The lettuce had all darkened which is what happens when you cut lettuce w/a knife & there is an additional charge for a slice of cheese! When your paying $12.09 for a 1/2 lb sandwich on a round bulky roll include the freaking slice of cheese! The cheese wasn't melted either. There is 1 other negative for me, no natural juice included. They have this option but again additional cost. I dont eat here often but I would eat here again. Lots of selections & a constant revolving door of...

Been going to Miller's since 1982ish. Never had a single bad meal, ever! Not one. On this visit I ordered a reg roast beef sandwich for my friend with no sides, I ordered a large roast beef sandwich, large fry, small diet Coke/Pepsi. The roast beef was not good. The taste was good but the roast beef was very very chewy and thick. I'm not sure if it's changed hands recently but this is a first. When I bit into the sandwich and the roast beef pulled out of the sandwich as my teeth couldn't separate it! I've never seen it this thick and fatty. Chewing it left fat between the pieces in my mouth. The roast beef was always extremely thin which avoided anything like this. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. I love love love Miller's. The fries were fantastic as usual. I will say if this is their future style and I get another one like this, I'm reluctantly out for good. I just don't understand it. It's also worth noting that a reg roast beef sandwich, a large roast beef sandwich, a large fry and a small...
