We came to this bar as a group of six this past Saturday and had called ahead earlier in the day to reserve a table. When we arrived, we were told that no one had taken the call and that they don’t do same-day reservations, which wasn’t specified to us over the phone. We managed to get a table on our own afterwards, but the seating is on a first come basis.

Each of us had our own tab open, but every time we ordered, staff had to ask for the name on the tab again. They never seemed to write it down or remember, which led to constant confusion and frustration.

When it came time to settle up, the bills were all over the place: items were misapplied to the wrong tabs and some checks weren’t given with breakdown of items. After explaining what items needed to be fixed, I then received a second bill with extra drinks we didn’t order.

Trying to resolve this with the manager only made things worse. They were dismissive and unhelpful. It took over an hour of back and forth to get the situation somewhat resolved. To make matters worse, the manager had been sitting at a table the entire night instead of overseeing the floor, only getting involved when the bartenders asked for help—and even then, she seemed to not want to help.

Then, when checking my card today, I noticed a tip had been added to that second bill without my consent.

Wouldn’t recommend. Poor service, poor management, and shady...

So we called ahead to make a reservation, the lady asked how many people in the party we told her. She then proceeded with see you all at 7:30. We arrive we had no table reserved for our group. The female owner was rude. The male owner was trying to help us and accommodate our group. I loved going there. I had convinced my son to come out with us. He brought his girlfriend and a friend. We opened up tabs everytime a bartender came they would ask which tab our drinks was going on. But when it came time to close out our tabs we noticed that we where being charged for food and drinks we didn't order. We tried fixing the problem, but again the female owner didn't want to hear what we had to say. She refused to give us our 1st bill but gave us our 2nd bill. Some of us didn't get a brake down of either bill. The female owner she ended up sitting down and was talking to people she knew. She was very rude . It's sad to say I won't be going back because I loved listening to the bands that played and everyone was friendly. But after the last two times it was nothing but a shit show when it came to pay our tab. So if you decide to go make sure you check the bill, and then make sure that's all they take because they might charge a tip that you didn't authorize because you gave them the...
