Did not get food so I cannot rate that. I will say my group reserved our bay and we went to put in our info it said it wasn’t reserved. I went back to guest services and got it reserved again. While we are typing stuff out it is very hot. We realize the heater is on… it’s summer and 80 degrees. We ask guest services to turn it off and they were shocked it was on. Guest services sends someone they turn it off. The person at the bay beside us immediately asks a waiter to turn it back on we go to the waiter and tell them guest services just turned it off for us. The waiter says you’ll have to ask that ladies permission (who is also a customer. I don’t see why one other customer should have higher authority than guest services??) We said why? The waiter then sent a manager we talked to them “They said that’s odd ?? I’ll talk to that bay and see” they finally turn off the heater in exchange of turning off the fan. Time goes by we play a bit our waitress comes and two people from our party attempt to order adult drinks. They tell us we have to go get wristbands back at front desk. We go and my friend and I are talking just to each other that we didn’t see a lot of signage that was stated for alcohol. The sign at the desk just says “check in I.D and wristband here” but doesn’t say what for or we would have done that initially. The hospitality manager Laura then very rudely interrupts saying “THERES SIGNS AT THE BAR ACTUALLY.” My friend then explains that we were at the bay and told to go through a different door. Laura ( the hospitality manger) then exclaims again in a condescending tone “WELL OUTSIDE ITS ALSO POSTED”. We say okay and she finally gives us our wristbands. We just came to celebrate a birthday, and luckily we did still have fun but not by any help from guest check in or management. Hospitality was not on par. Our waitress Nicole was on the mark and so sweet though. This is a very disappointing visit considering we have frequented the Knoxville and Atlanta locations with excellent service. P.S. it is very ironic that Laura is the Hospitality manager when she was so rude and we didn’t even get to say hello yet and were just speaking...
Read moreMy husband was a GM of a franchise restaurant for ten years (not top golf), so we are extremely understanding in food service industry. We were visiting Chattanooga from Nashville. This location is much smaller than most TG locations.
The minor issue the server is incredibly misinformed of prices. Said bucket bottles beer were $17 for 6 or $4 each of we order separately & the monthly special drink was $10. When we received the check---she was way off!
The monthly drink was $13, no biggie. The bucket was not discounted and $4.50 each. (Understandable price but not close to her answer) The server replied to our issues with 'my bad'. The major problem was when requested to speak to management, her reply was are you 'trying to get money off or something'. My husband said, no we would like to pay the price you gave us. We saw a manger talking to our server. Then she came back and said, he took five dollars off for you. We were bewildered. The manager didn't come over to discuss our issue.
I laughed it off (had a few drinks) but my hubby was very upset about the manager not visiting us when requested & quickly went to the car after leaving no tip (first time ever!)
The manager spoke to me as we were heading out, I explained the issue. He seemed a little shocked. He said, she told y'all $17 for the bucket. Our friends and I both said yes.
I am giving three stars because we enjoy our top golf in Nashville, so the concept is great. I'm not sure if it was just our booth in Chattanooga, but the software was lacking and not arcuate (compare to Nashville). The environment was clean & our food order was correct and tasty (except lack of bacon on burger, out of stock in kitchen) The server gets zero, for poor service and lack of price knowledge. We asked for several soda refills and it didn't happen until we asked another server for it.
I sent an email to corporate bc I think there is major potential for...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I hate it because we like top golf but from the time we got there the manager (out of anyone) was being so rude and was not trying to work with us. We had a large group (Latino group to be exact) and she was not willing to work with us to have our table together. The manager came to the table after we had 2 pitchers of beer and just recently ordered 2 more, and did not even give us a chance to even finish drinking our drinks and said we needed to get out. One of the girls in the group had drank a beer prior to entry and had an empty can in her purse and wanted to throw it away. The manager came up and said we had a beer from outside and that we needed to leave. No questions or warnings. I’ve worked at restaurants in the past (3), and there are so many ways that this could have been done. When I told the manager I was finished the drinks she was making us pay she proceeded to call the police and charge us for 4 beer pitchers (when we had only gotten 2). The police was also not helpful at all. They kept saying anything the manager wanted to do we had to just take regardless of it being unfair. I work with costumer service and this was definitely not about the costumer at all. We had kids that hadn’t ate all day and were waiting on the food and they didn’t even care. We definitely felt this was racist driven. Needless to say IF YOU ARE FROM ANOTHER RACE THE MANAGER WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. We are taking it up with corporate for sure and hope that someone with more sense can help us with this situation. This was very uncalled for and we even tried to work with the manager to fix things but she was unwilling to and immediately called the cops. 10 cops showed up over a small can of beer on our table. You would imagine our tax money go towards more...
