I have tried to like Twin Peaks, aka Lumberjack Hooters, but they make it pretty difficult. The food is just phoned in. I don't know if they are short staffed, or just don't care, but I have never received hot food to the table. The wait staff is nice, but unfamiliar with the menu and don't understand basic terminology or what a "Pint" is related to glasses. I don't have a pic of food, because it wasn't share worthy. I did take pics of the silly bathroom signs for a laugh on FB. As I returned to my table from said pics, the restaurant that was full. just minutes before was about 50% emptied. As I passed the bar, I saw a phone on the floor next to an empty table. I picked it up and handed it to the bartender who promptly refused it and said one of those you can take it to them. That's when I realized that where the people had gone to was to pay witness to a fist fight between the manager and two patrons he was cutting off from being served. Naturally, I didn't want to get involved and returned the phone back to the bar and politely insisted she take it from me. When I returned to my table, the waitress finally came by and I asked her what happened. She stated that once again people had been over served and the manager had to come and ask them to "take a break". The drunk patrons did not take kindly to that and proceeded to engage in a fist fight that poured out into the sidewalk. East Ridge Police promptly responded and arrested several people. I then asked the young lady a further question about her comment related to people being "over served again". She repeated herself and insisted that it happens on a regular basis. She said that some people just don't know how to behave themselves and often puke on tables they are so drunk. She said that it's a shame because people should be able to bring their kids in there because they should be a family restaurant. That's their brand according to her. Well that might be the case, although a bunch of girls in bikinis and Lumberjack boots hardly screams "family restaurant". On a late Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was filled with 95% of alcohol drinking adults. Not really sure why anybody would take their children to this establishment. Although, it doesn't really matter anymore to me. I will not be back.

Dined here for the first time mid-day on a pretty hot Saturday. Upon entering I noticed they had huge TVs going from wall to wall and all around the bar area. The restaurant was pretty crowded but it appears they had enough staff to handle it. Whitney was our waitress and she was very pleasant. She knew the menu items and was able to quickly give us some suggestions which we obliged. Also, something I really liked was that there digital menu has pictures of every single menu item, which makes deciding a lot easier. She had our drinks and appetizer (Triple Play - chips and dips) out to us within a few minutes. Then out main courses followed about 10 minutes later. I got the wings covered in the Hot As F*ck sauce. The wings were a nice size and were cooked just right. The sauce was pretty hot, not B-Dubs Blazing hot, but hotter than Zaxby's Nuclear. They were very good and something that I would order again. Scott and Ashley who I believe were managers also checked on us during our visit which I made us feel valued. Making our experience one that warrants putting Twin peaks on a regular cadence. Overall the food, service and atmosphere were great and I highly recommend eating here if you haven't. Thank you to the staff for the excellent food and hospitality. Update: Dined here on 11/2/24 and the food was still delicious, our waitress Faith did an amazing job. There was a bit of wait, due to the college rivalry games that were playing, but other than that our visit was perfect!!

A Dining Experience Like No Other at Twin Peaks Chattanooga Twin Peaks Chattanooga is hands down the best location I’ve ever visited, and it’s all thanks to Olivia, who takes the dining experience to a whole new level. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and filled with a lively energy that’s unmatched. But let’s talk about the star of the show: Olivia. She is, without a doubt, the most amazing waitress you’ll ever meet. Her genuine smile, unmatched attentiveness, and ability to anticipate your every need make you feel like a VIP. Olivia doesn't just take your order; she creates an experience. She knows the menu inside and out, offering personalized recommendations that never miss the mark. The food? Incredible. Whether you’re indulging in their perfectly grilled burgers, savoring the juicy wings with a variety of sauces, or enjoying one of their fresh, flavorful salads, every bite is a testament to quality and flavor. Pair that with an ice-cold draft beer or one of their signature cocktails, and you’ve got the perfect meal. The team at Twin Peaks Chattanooga truly goes above and beyond, but Olivia is the shining example of what makes this location the best of all. If you’re looking for excellent food, a fun atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like family, this is the place to be. Don’t miss out—ask for Olivia when you go. You’ll thank me later!

This was my second time visiting Twin Peaks. I brought my husband we are visiting from California upon walking in we were greeted most welcoming by the most lovely girls they were kind, they were nice, they were polite girls, we sat down. The place was very busy full of Lively people excitingly watching opening day of college football it was fun to be there. Atmosphere was great Lots of families young people and old people enjoying themselves. We ordered our food. I had the lobster Mac, which I will add its to die for!! that was so good. I also indulged in a bloody Mary, which was also very good. My husband had fish and chips. Another tasty meal. We ordered soup and salad to go so we could eat later in our room if we chose to. While we were waiting for a meal I called my 10 year-old granddaughter whom I was missing very much, while I was face timing with her, another pretty waitress delivered our food as she lays our food down she interrupted my conversation telling me not not to take pictures of her!! First of all I was very confused because I almost didn’t hear her because my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to know who was talking to her grandma so rudely!! it wasn’t till then that I figured out this waitress was accusing me of trying to take pictures of her !!!! Give me a break!! I am a 55-year-old disabled grandmother !!! I wasn’t there to take pictures of the waitress!! Anyways the first visit I had a lot of fun. Excellent food. I decided to take my husband the second time I visited Tennessee, same experience ! It was great fun! After our meal, I went to ask the waitress what her name was , she told me Melanie I tried to explain to her that I was not taking pictures of her that I was talking to my 10-year-old granddaughter, and when I was trying to explain to her, she rudely interrupted me and said I just don’t want you taking pictures of me. That’s all so I just looked at her and said wow I’m really glad you weren’t my waitress. She continued to argue with me saying I’m glad I wasn’t your waitress too, so I’m posting this post to let you know to watch out for this one beware of Melanie she ruined an experience for my husband kind of a bummer!!! anyways upon leaving again again we were greeted open, heartedly and sweetly by three girls Waving goodbye saying I hope your visit was great!!!!! All I got to say is Melanie. You should get another job cause...

So at the beginning our waiter Caitlin was absolutely a sweetheart. Very friendly and attitude was AWESOME. Her service was slow but god only knows how many tables she had which is understandable. I ordered a beer which came out before my dad’s sweet tea which has NEVER happened at any place I’ve been too. She forgot about him. Again, understandable. We put our food in and as I’m giving my order we let her know that it is SEPARATE tickets. She said okay. We good the food and my food is awesome. My dad gets him and the ribs he couldn’t even chew they were so tough. When we told the waiter she agreed with and said they do look tough and said she would take it off the his bill. At the same time I told her my food is amazing. She brings a check and my dad asked where his was because he got other stuff then just ribs. And she said there was only one that his stuff was free so I am the only one who has anything to pay for. She gives me my check, and I noticed that everything that he ordered and I ordered were all added on one was confused and a little upset upset because in the beginning, we told her We were paying separately. We waited over 10 minutes for her to come back to our table to get the card to pay for my bill and when she came to get the card to pay for my bill, I told her y’all overcharged me you added everything he had to my bill. She said “ I over charged you?” And I said whoever put the food in. Immediate attitude from her, immediate attitude! So she took it back and as she was walking back I could see her tilt her head back like she was frustrated. Which I don’t know why she would be because we told her in the beginning, we are paying separately and before she brought the check she said his ribs would be free. She had an attitude with be tell we left. We agin had to wait longer to get the correct check. The friendly Caitlin in the beginning was GONE. Food was awesome. Service in the beginning was slow but friendly until SHE made a mistake and I got treated like garbage. If you want somewhat good food and crappy attitude after they make a mistake, this is the place for you. Even with how I was treated and how bad my fathers food was I still didn’t...
