Not that anyone looks up reviews for McDonald’s because you just go to any near you expecting consistent food, but thought I would provide a PSA for this location: CHECK YOUR BAG TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS THERE/CORRECT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. And if you ordered through a food delivery app, then you’re out of luck. I know people will say, “It’s fast food. What do you expect?” However, this location is exceptionally and uniquely terrible at following a receipt to pack items into a bag.
Past forgotten items: Happy Meal almost every time (and any parent knows how unfortunate this can be), missing Happy Meal toy, number of nuggets are inaccurate, missing apples all together, missing drinks, missing burgers, interpreted “extra pickles” as no pickles, unsweetened iced tea was a SURPRISE soda, etc.
The manager, Griselda, I spoke to was professional and understanding, but clearly not well supported by her staff. I went back to pick up a missed Happy Meal from a delivered DoorDash order and she had it ready for him. However, there was no one at the registers and every staff continued to do what they were doing while ignoring the registers. There were 2 young staff packing a bag together with one holding a bag open so the other could put food in. So that...
Read moretonight, I placed an order on the McDonald's app around 9 PM for a quick pickup. Upon arrival, I saw a long drive-through line but noticed the store was still open. So, I parked and went inside to collect my order. Inside, a manager asked me to show my order number, and then insisted that I must go through the drive-through to pick it up. Even though other customers were inside, and I could clearly see my ready order behind the counter, she repetitively stated the same policy without any flexibility.
I pointed out that my order was visibly prepared and just needed to be handed over, but she completely ignored me, leaving me standing there for 10 minutes. It wasn’t until my girlfriend started taking pictures of their complaint information that the manager finally handed over our meal.
This experience left me questioning McDonald's customer service culture. Being ignored and treated with such inflexibility is unacceptable, especially when a simple solution was evident. Sadly, I am highly disappointed and reconsidering returning to...
Read moreThe service at the store was terrible. The person who served me looked like a team leader. I don’t know if this woman’s behavior was due to discrimination against Asians or simply dissatisfaction with her job. If you are having personal emotional issues, you shouldn’t be working. Bringing your emotions into work affects more people. First, the self-service kiosk ran out of paper, so I didn’t get a printed receipt with my order number. When I asked about it, they coldly told me the number without any care. Then, when I picked up my order, the kids’ meal was missing the apple slices that was supposed to be included. When I asked about it, they expressionlessly told their colleague to check if it was really missing. After checking, their colleague gave me the apple. To make things worse, when I opened the toy inside, it was an already opened Minion toy, which, if I remember correctly, was from last year, not even the current season’s toy. It’s disgusting that they would do...
