This location is the worst, been to many different Hungry Howie locations. I have been there 2 times and here's what I've personally experienced. The first time my wife ordered over the phone and they were missing a an order of cheese bread and found out after getting home pick up time was for 5:30pm. Last night we did an online order for pick up at 5 pm so I showed up at 4:50 and the employee said he was putting it together. Came in at 5 pm and the manager with colored hair said it was being made despite what I was told earlier. Ok, asked her why she said they were busy, I told her I had an online order 2 hours before for a pick up time at 5pm and she just walked away. Ended up getting my order at 5:25 despite ordering ahead of time and at a set time. Then they forgot the Howie bread so had to wait an additional 5 minutes, horrible experiences. Unfortunately we won't be returning there, management isn't good and there was a huge line of unhappy customers in there. We eat a lot of pizza and we will have to order elsewhere. Avoid this place if you lead a busy life and spend more elsewhere because it will be worth it. Being a former district manager for Pizza Hut it's very obvious that management needs retraining or dismissal, problems usually flourish with inadequate management such as with this...
Read moreDon't usually...push to make a point, However today's experience really challenged professionalism and Customer Service. My wife placed an order today, and told the manager that the last pizza we ordered was really bad, and in the past they always prepared the pizza a little bit different at her request because she had a stroke and her dominant side is compromised and so on, OK, with that being said, he made it clear that the pizza's are made the same each and every time................. well, I took the phone from my wife and explained that every time in the past, they honored my wife's request, and the pizza's were perfect....He then went on to inform me that he was the manager, and any problems we had would be reviewed, and a store credit would be applied if necessary......I ended this conversation by telling him, I was not going to get into a debate on this, and went to pick up the pizza my wife ordered........end result....the manager didn't come out to talk to me, didn't apologize, offer me a discount, nothing, just charged me full price, and that was it. Well, I guess my business and all I do for the health care staff, nurses, and related businesses through Hungry Howies, isn't worth the time or effort!!!!!!!!! time to go...
Read moreTo say that I'm disappointed would imply that I had certain expectations to begin with. Look, I get it. It's not great pizza, but I sat waiting so long for my order that the young man behind the counter forgot who I was. When I checked on my order for the second time, he said, "Can I help you? You guys want to order something?" To which I replied, "Uh, yeah, been waiting for our pizzas, how we doing with that?" At this point, we had been sitting there for about 55 minutes. He was clearly embarrassed and talked to the manager in the back about comping me something while he held some kind of coupon book in his hand. She shook her head, "no", and he came back and sheepishly said, "Next time you come in, you get a free pizza." So I'm imagining walking in again at some point with no coupon or other proof and saying, "Yeah, I'm here for the free pizza you guys said I'm entitled to from the last time I was here." I'm guaranteed not to get that pizza, but not because I don't have a coupon, but because I'm not ordering from Hungry...
