Here is my experience:
I checked out this new restaurant on opening day but felt unworthy. Taste, quality, and quantity are not satisfactory on opening day itself. They were just concerned with the red chilly spicy aspect, not with the taste, flavor and aroma. Ambience is similar to a cafe (Chai Buiscuit kind of cafe), with economical melamine (Chemical component made N not good for many times of use) crockery. Lassy is only around half of a glass per bottled one. Also food is oily.
Ordered Items: Curry leaf chicken fry -- spicy and oily (In general, it should be aromatic and have crunchy curry leaves, but this dish here only had chilli pepper chicken, a few normal curry leaves, and onion stem rings.) Gobi Manchuria (Hard & Spicy. Normally, my kids adore eating gobi 65/manchuria in any Indian restaurant, but here they were unable to do so.) Veg Biryani-which is just rice with few veggies, greasy, and spicy. Moreover, my children were unable to eat, so they packed to go home and trashed it the following day. Fish Manchuria - bland and essentially tossed in ketchup with a lot of oil and spice. Mango lassi.. its just two-sip quantity of mango lassi
Costs: If we spend a few extra bucks, we may get a delicious Indian buffet lunch or dinner. Although the ambiance and taste are not up to pace, the prices are equivalent to fine dining costs.
And today ..Oh my gosh, not going well for either my kids or me. While eating, my child asked me to call Emergency because his stomach was burning then, but I held off because it was opening day and instead managed to get my child to drink more water. He now feels motions and a burning sensation, and his mood has totally gone off. 😧😪
Pics: The oily leftovers, the great dining table for four people (no space to keep plates), the quantity of Manchuria, and the look of greasy Biryani are all seen in...
Read moreWe had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant last night, and I must say that our experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service.
Now, let's talk about the food—it was simply exceptional. The biryani, prepared in the authentic Hyderabad style, transported us to the vibrant streets of this culinary haven. Every spoonful was bursting with aromatic flavors, perfectly cooked rice, and a delightful blend of spices. It's safe to say that this biryani is the epitome of excellence and undoubtedly the best in the entire area.
One dish that truly stole the show was the Pandu Mirchi Chicken. Tender and succulent pieces of chicken were lovingly marinated and cooked to perfection with the right balance of spices. The Pandu Mirchi added a tantalizing heat and a unique twist to the dish, creating an unforgettable culinary experience. It's an absolute must-try for anyone visiting this restaurant.
Not only did the food leave a lasting impression, but the overall ambiance and attentive service also contributed to an evening filled with delight. The staff's knowledge and passion for the cuisine were evident in their recommendations and attention to detail, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
In conclusion, I can confidently say that this restaurant has earned a special place in my heart, and I will undoubtedly return. If you are a true connoisseur of authentic flavors and impeccable service, do yourself a favor and make a trip to this restaurant. You won't be...
Read moreThis place is a solid 3 stars and NOT the 4.7 stars currently showing based on overall total reviews.
We arrived right when they opened for dinner at 5:30pm and ordered 2 veg samosa, palak paneer, channa masala, raju chicken curry, garlic naan and 2 chai teas.
We were the only people there for dine in at the time but it took awhile to get our food even though we saw many take out orders come and go while we waited. It seems like take out and Door Dash orders get priority over dine in orders.
Our main dishes finally came but our drinks and samosas never arrived. I had to go up to the counter to remind them.
The food overall was decent but we could tell it was made bland to accommodate the western palate. The overall taste seemed uninteresting like they purposefully held back on spices and seasoning. Portions were small to moderate. The garlic naan was literally one small piece of naan cut into four. The cubes of cheese in the paneer did not seem fresh. The channa masala was the least favorite of ours (seemed like a can of chick peas thrown into a greasy hot sauce). The kaju chicken curry was good and our favorite.
Service was not rude but just oblivious. Food was overall just OK and enough to satiate a desperate craving for generic westernized Indian food.
Not sure how this place is getting 4.7 stars though. Must be a lot of friends & family posting 5 star support reviews along with westerners who have not had authentic region specific...
