Arby's — Restaurant in Easton

This restaurant has fallen badly in terms of service. We have gone on two separate occasions over the past month and the dining room was closed. Excuse being short staffed. I have been in the service industry a good many years (30+) and this shows poor management. There were many times when we were short staffed and management would either call people in, or it just meant everyone had to step up their A game. By not doing either and having your dining room closed, this just shows neither is being done. Businesses have closed up for less than this. And to add insult, we were told today they can't give out receipts because their printer was broken. Question is, how long have you known the printer was broken? What if I was on a work trip and had to turn in receipts for reimbursement.? Strike 3 today - ordered the boneless wing combo that comes with fries only to find out I was shorted the fries. All of this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will never return to this...

We stopped by this location on the way to Ocean City. I don’t normally cross over the opposite direction of where we are headed but my husband likes Arby’s and we needed gas too. So since this location is conveniently attached to a gas station we did. What a pleasant surprise!!! The employee who took my order was very friendly and the service was quick. But what I especially notice was how clean it was behind the counter. I mean everywhere!! The food prep area was spotless. The deep fry station just as clean. Things were organized and stacked neatly; well stocked and just very visually appealing. I said something to the employee who served me and the manager pooped around the corner and said thank you! Of course I said “no, thank you”! It was clear he took pride in his store and running it this way! Great job...

Driving from the end of the Eastern shore and needed to find something to eat. I enjoy Arby's quite a bit but there are two reasons I don't go there very often. I feel like they are more expensive that other fast food and they are always slow. The first may just be my perception and there is not much this location can do about that. In regards to speed, this was far and away the fastest Arby's store I have been to. I placed a large order (six people) walked to the fountain drinks and before we could finish filling up the rest of the food was ready. I had planned on filling up, using the restroom, top off, wait a few minutes and then get the food and leave. If you need a place to sit and wait while your food is prepared, this is not your Arby's.
