Giovanni's Italian Delight — Restaurant in Easton

I don't even understand what happened to this place. It used to be my favorite delivery in town, but it has completely gone down hill.

Not only is the food horrible the customer service is non-existent.

After waiting for an hour for food you would expect that it would be correct or at least that it would taste good. Wrong. When you call to let them know that your order is incorrect you'd expect a refund. Wrong. They actually expect you to drive the food back to them.. why?! You can't sell it to another customer. I asked why this was necessary and I was told that it was policy. I guess their policy is that their trash can is better than mine.

I was told never to call again. Don't worry, I'll order from somewhere better next time. I have no interest in EVER dealing with these...

Ordered 2 Italian Subs, one bag of chips and 2 bottles of Pepsi, $34.00. I thought that was a bit high but for a great Italian it doesn't matter. Unfortunately that is not what I received. First I would like to say the bread was incredible. Fresh, warm and perfect for an Italian. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. The meat was the cheapest deli meat possible. Rectangle boiled ham doesn't belong on a Italian. Secondly who puts cubed tomatoes on a Italian. I came into this with high hopes but unfortunately it was not meant to be. I would recommend to the owner to improve their quality and quantity of meats. I would give this sub a 4.2. There's so much potential, but save yourself the disappointment...

My experience was horrible, I was about to walk in with my kids and one of the drivers was inside hollering profanities at a customer. I heard the customer ask for the manager and the driver said he wasn't there . If this is how this place is ran I will never go there again and I will make sure all my friends don't either . I called later to speak to the manager and was told that the girl that answered the phone was , but I did go in there often enough to know that she wasn't and that the manager is a male . And when I called her out on it for not being the manager she hung up on me . So this is a horribly...
