I ordered lunch from them while at work. I used their online ordering system. I placed the order at noon, the system gave me an estimated delivery time of 12:45pm to 12:55pm. When the meal wasn't there at 1:10pm, I called the restaurant only to be told that 12:45pm was an estimated time only and that my food would arrive in a few minutes. The food did not arrive until 1:25pm. While the cheesesteak that I ordered was still warm and really quite tasty, my co-workers pizza was barely warm and she described the cheese as rubbery and that the pizza did not taste fresh like it had sat too long under a heat lamp. Both of our drinks were lukewarm and watered down from where the ice had completely melted. I have ordered from Easton Pizzeria many times over the years and have never had an experience like this. I decided that I would take it up with the restaurant manager after I got off work. The woman who came out of the kitchen said she was the manager on duty. When I proceeded to tell her about the bad experience we had, she told me very plainly that there would be no refund since the food was not returned and then proceeded to tell me that their policy of having people return the food is because people are not honest. I was flabbergasted that she would even insinuate that I was lying just to get a refund. I work in customer service and poor customer service is a real pet peeve of mine. I told her that I would never do anymore business at this establishment. As I walked away she continued to shout at me that she couldn't get a refund at Wal-Mart if she didn't have the clothes she had bought. Unbelievable. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Never again.
UPDATE: 07/19/2021Around 3pm I recieved a call from the driver apologizing for the poor service that I received. He then handed the phone over to the owner who also apologized and wanted to make things right. He offered me a free large pizza for my troubles which I happily accepted. Your original order was placed for delivery of 1 Tiramisu. When you were notified that your order did not meet our delivery requirements, you then ordered 3 Tiramisus. When you called and requested a refund, you were asked if you wanted to return the un-eaten desserts. You said you didn't have any un-eaten desserts. You implied that you wanted different Tiramisu, the kind that we had previously sold. The newer packaging of the same tiramisu is actually .25 ounces bigger than the old packaging. It was supposed to be just a cheese pizza but the cheese was weird and crumbly like it was possibly bad? I'm not sure.
