Wow! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Parking is tricky but worth it (there are a few spots in the front but I suggest parking on the street and walking the few feet to get there). Everything was fresh and came out fast. The Brussel sprouts were superb, crispy within an inch of life to perfection. My husband loved the smash burger. The fries were everything you’d want them to be (heads up you may want the cheese on the side if you get the rude fries b/c it’s a lot). You can sit outside, it’s very spacious and comfortable or indoors where the seating/arrangement is very well thought out. I had an adult version of a grill cheese sandwich, hit! Now to the part that really SLAPPED..the drink, I don’t know in the icy concoction was going on but I’ll tell you what the orange slushie drink was IT!! I could have just that one all day. Great comfort food, tremendous staff, amazing drinks, very chill. I should also note that they are an all the way Bourbon bar. If Bourbon is your thing, look no further. Home run Rude, home run!!!

Ordered the Sloppy Joe expecting a classic — messy, saucy, flavorful, and served on a proper bun. What I got was a bowl of dry pulled meat, decent fries, and no sandwich in sight. The worst part? I was eventually brought one single slice of plain white bread, cut in half, served cold in a basket like it was supposed to make everything okay. Not a bun, not toasted, not even warmed — just half-hearted and half a slice short. That felt like the real insult. Let’s be clear: Meat – Smoky and tender, yes, but dry and nowhere near sloppy. No tomato-based sauce, no sweetness, no tang — none of the signature flavors. Fries – Surprisingly good. Crispy, rustic, and satisfying. Presentation – Uninspired. This wasn’t a sandwich. It was a pile of meat next to fries, with a sad slice of bread tossed in after the fact. If you’re going to call it a Sloppy Joe, then commit to the concept — or give it a different name. This was a BBQ plate pretending to be something it’s not. Would I go back? Maybe. But not for this.

1 OF MARYLANDS BEST KEPT SECRETS!!! Been a big supporter of rise up since the Salisbury days, so it was amazing to see rude bbq here in Easton. Before you walk in the door, you can smell the good meats smoking. I got the sampler platter and the chicken by far was my favorite. They have wonderful inside and outside seating, with a well up-kept bathroom. And the best part of it all was the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially Alex, was very nice polite and friendly and helped answer all the questions I had as a first time visitor. Made good recommendations and even had me sold on the cast iron blueberry cobbler but unfortunately, do to time restrictions I had to take a rain check on it. I am super happy I got a chance to check out the rude bbq and would highly recommend anyone else to go give it a try!

This place is very small, i.e. about 20 or so people can fit in there comfortably at the tables. There's enough standing room for maybe 4 people before you feel crowded. Hence why they have their tables outside in 39 degree weather.

Once you walk in (and it's not readily apparent) but there are two areas where you can grab a menu. Right at the counter or beside the counter where the entry to the kitchen is. You're greeted by one of the waiters or waitresses on duty and place your order.

You may have a wait approximately 10-20 minutes as this place, at least during my visit they were busy. So you may want to call-in your order... But I kid you not the food is delicious! The prices are very reasonable as well.

I ordered their sausage sampler and each sausage is uniquely flavored. I also ordered the Redneck nachos with the brisket. There is literally enough topping to cover every chip equally, so you shouldn't end up with a top-less chip. Even though they diced the brisket you can taste the slow-cooked BBQ flavor come through.

Definitely a must go!!!

As for the service rating from other customers, I can't agree or disagree with them, as I said I went there when it was pretty busy. For a place so limited in room, and with so many orders I can understand when the service may not be up to par or expectations. I will definitely be back there before I leave to re-assess, and update this...

This place is one of the best BBQ places I’ve ever been too! I love the whole BBQ taste and no one can quite match it besides Andrew and his crew. My favorite meal there is the Redneck Nachos or Loaded tater tots and the fact that you can choose your meat toppings is one of the greatest things on earth especially when you are a person who likes to switch up food choices a lot ! They really like to accommodate their customers and their needs, for example my children love the nachos as well but they only like the cheese, nacho chips and chicken... and what do you know they will do just that with a smile on their face ! My favorite server there is Chelsea! She is a true definition of a honest loving server and treats all her customers the same... like family; so the next time you want to try some BBQ go to the BBQ joint in Easton Maryland and ask for Chelsea. While you’re at it, try the nachos... if that isn’t your cup of BBQ ask her any questions you have regarding what will go well with your taste buds... or you can just get everything...
