Sophie's Pizza Place Easton — Restaurant in Easton

Multiple complaints with this place. I agree with a lot of negative reviews that simply the service is poor and the owner is extremely rude. One day My wife and I ordered a cheeseburger club. I guess it only comes with what it comes with. So my wife and I like different things so we were gonna cut it in half and get onions and pickles on the side. He said it would be two dollars apiece to put those items on the side stating that the packaging cost him money. I don’t care if you put them in the damn box, not on the burger. He’d gladly remove things like we didn’t want on it but to charge four dollars for onions and pickles on the side is ridiculous. So of course we might end up getting something different that we both like without those things. The food turkey club was good. The bacon burger was good. The calzones were good, but the rudeness is incredible. The next time I went in was to pick up a calzone I saw on the counter. I saw that it was ready there was a woman ahead of me who was staring at the menu easily could’ve taken me around her while she was deciding what she wanted as the sun was. One of them could’ve rang me. Then behind another customer comes in and I don’t know if he was a DoorDash or or a better customer or Tips better but they gladly grab his food , once it was ready handed to him around me finally, the woman orders then they start making her order and I comment that that’s my food is been sitting there for 10 minutes that I have been here. Finally, the sun grabs my order and rings me up. I asked the son who clearly speaks both languages to ask his father why he rang in the other customer ahead of me when I was clearly here first, and he verbalize that to his dad in Greek language. And the father starts clearly getting angry and the son just goes. Oh it’s OK it’s OK. I said no that’s not OK. That’s very rude. so they hand me the receipt and of course it says tip then so on the tip I wrote manners and on the total I wrote FU just a letters FU. And under that I wrote the price of the item with no tip. Doesn’t the owner call me back five minutes later to ask why I swore at his son I never swore at anybody. I wrote down two letters to articulate how upset I was and this guy has the balls after being so rude in the store to call me and confront me and invited me to come back, which was already a no-brainer on my part after those two experiences I had no intention on ever coming back...

Tastes so good I’ve never tasted anything that good in my life!!! Favorite pizza place in the world they always make the food fast and good I had the THE BEST EXPERIENCE eating there food with hot food and crunchy crust I always order from this place the pizzas are always not dry and the employees are kind the CBR specialty pizza we ordered always with sauce and the ranch on the base this place NEVER DISAPPOINTS ME They NEVER mess up the order and are kind and they always wear there mask and being kind and I know this because I usually go there every Friday and I love how they always cook with masks on and the owner never argues with me, and high quality food and delicious food and ingredients and never got sick, and...

Absolutely Horrible , The owner is very arrogant, the prices shown on the screens in the store differ from what they charge you also they charge you a dollar just to use debit or credit and hide it with a misc. Charge on your receipt , I'm not even sure that is legal , then when I asked about why the final price was so different from the menu the man said " I'm the owner if you dont like it go somewhere else " , that is exactly what I'll be doing , will never eat here again ... Food isnt great anyways the pizza is below average and the steak from the steak and cheese was chewy like it had been re warmed , terrible experience all around , would avoid at all costs ......would be zero stars if...
