This place is disgusting, from the food to the customer service to management. Last night I went into the drive thru, upon ordering my food the woman taking the order rudely and repeatedly would say âI canât hear you, I canât hear youâ. Then approaching the window the woman continued being unapproachable, and lacked customer service. When I got home with my 5 pc combo, I bite into a hard and old piece of chicken, disgusting. I called to the store sharing my distain with the manager, and he was rude as well, then hung up with phone. Which would then be described, from the woman at the counter, as a âlost of connectionâ. She then said âyou on your way or whatâ, I was confused thinking she wasnât talking to me so I asked and she said âyesâ. So I hung up and went up to the store, going inside with my disgusting order she proceeded to take my combo and give it the âmanagerâ, he checks it out then what looks like refried my same pieces of chicken. Waiting on my order, 2 more individuals came in stating their order was wrong. 1 customer said that his food was nasty and old and gave it to his dog. The 2nd brought back 2 containers of food stating they werenât cooked throughly, and taking a bite of chicken. The manager said âwell did you ask for them to be fried hardâ. But the woman proceeded to take his food BACK to the manager, stating âcan you drop this againâ. Refrying contaminated food is vile. When I received my food I didnât even want to eat it, after seeing those unsanitary conditions. Having a no refund policy is crazy, thatâs why the store is still open, thereâs no financial consequences. I called the next morning hoping to speak to a manager, he said âI am oneâ, hearing the voice of the manager last night, I said âwhatâs your nameâ. I placed a to go order only for me to come home and realize the order was completely incorrect. When I called back to the Captain Jay's tell them about my concerns on the order, I was shocked to speak with one of their lovely employees, Kynia, who was harsh, impatient, and rushed me off the phone to speak to with a manager. Once I spoke with the manager, he reassured me that he would make my order over and apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused. Reassured that I would be taken care of the second time, I went back up to the restaurant, I was welcomed to a hostile atmosphere with terrible customer service once again. The cashier girl, Kynia, had one of the most terrible dispositions I have ever encountered in my life. You would think for an establishment to get an order wrong the first time, they would do everything in their power to get it correct the second time. Not only was my order incorrect once again, I had to deal with the nastiness of all of their employees, not just Kynia. When I asked to speak to a manger they did not get one, Kynia slammed my food together in the bag, and threw the bag at me across the counter.
