I have never had a worse experience with a simple phone screen replacement. The only reason I gave this location two stars is the owner did really try to fix what his staff ruined and eventually gave me a refund.
I took my phone in on a Friday to have the cracked screen replaced. An hour or so later I received a phone call saying my phone was in a boot loop and I'd have to wait until the next day when the main tech came in to try to fix it. About 30 minutes later I received another phone call stating the fixed the issue and my phone was ready for pick up. By Saturday evening my home button stopped working. I took the phone back in on Monday and the owner seemed to have fixed the phone properly. By Tuesday evening the left side of the new screen was not working so I took my phone back to the location Wednesday evening. They called me about 90 minutes later saying my phone was ready. As soon as I arrived and picked up my phone the home button wasn't working. The employee told me he hadn't been working on the phone so he knew nothing about it. At this point I'm frustrated and tried explaining everything I've dealt and this particular employee WALKED AWAY FROM ME. He returned shortly and gave me phone a couple flicks with his finger, seriously and then said there was nothing he could do. When I asked for a refund he said he wasn't authorized to do that. When I asked him call someone who was authorized to come up and give me a refund he refused to call him and said I had to come back AGAIN. So, the next morning I arrive at their posted opening time however, the owner arrived 30 minutes late. After working on my phone for about an hour he pretty much told me he's tried everything and had no idea what is wrong. I insisted on a refund and eventually received it but now no longer have a working home button on my phone. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife has had her computer screen repaired and a virus removal. They gave her a flat rate to fix her keyboard and also add a new disc player. They glued on a new door to the dvd player but charged her for the parts of a new player. They replace her HD screen with a very horrible generic one. They also cracked the frame to the screen when replacing and add tape to it and said she brought it there like that. When she came back to bring in another computer and to complain about the other things, they offered new software as we took in another computer to be fixed. The guy with the beard said they would be ordering a frame, so we left her computer there while they were fixing one of the new keys that were sticking on the keyboard. Well they gave her the New Office because the frame was never order and nor was there a record of it being order, the software was not a registered copy but in the process completely stole all of her speed and the computer is now a piece of junk. If you want a deal, go there... but remember you do get what you pay for. Oh and they took off her other virus removal software, when she inquired she was told it had expired, she still had a few months, but then was told the one they replaced it was better. (it was okay to say that in the first place.)
