Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Eastvale

I used to come here all the time with my niece and it was wonderful. I would always purchase our ice cream cakes for our family events from here too. I moved away for a few years and recently moved back and came back here to get an ice cream cake for my niece's birthday. The vibe and service has completely changed. They hired kids who you can tell hate being there because they were unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. I came in on Saturday, October 1 at 3:30pm. They was a line of customers and one of the employees was just standing behind the counter ignoring customers. I waited in line, picked an ice cream cake and took it to the counter to pay. I asked if they could write "happy birthday" on the cake and she said no. I then asked if I could pay for the cake and someone else would come to pick it up in a hour (because it was a gift for her). She said no. Well, I won't be coming back here anymore. We went to Cold Stone and they were so helpful and wonderful! Got am ice cream cake ordered and will continue going to Cold...

Only 31 flavors near me, so I go there. BUT they are so cheap on the quart size hand packed. The kids have been shown/trained to only partial fill, leaving the bottom 1-2" with air. They rarely weigh it, so I can't tell if its 1lb8oz. Today was the kicker and I won't go back. They were out of the Qt sized containers, so I ordered 2 pints for the Qt price and she scoffed at me. She said I'd have to pay for 2 pints, which is $13 instead of $9.49 for the exact same amount. The manager wasn't there of course, leaving the kids to run the store. His name is James?? They wouldn't give me his number either... I told her that's not right, but she wouldn't budge. So I took my pint which weighed 6 oz when I get home...What a rip off. If you go there, make them weigh it in...

Placed an order through DOORDASH expecting to get my order, only to receive a cancellation notification, that’s it. I tried reordering however the system says that they are not talk orders 😳 so then I call. So she tells me she refreshed the system yada yada everything should be fine, so I go back tried to reorder again, now my card is declined 🤦🏾‍♀️, because they already charged my freakin card for the order they canceled.. ding dong ditty... I’m so over it.. so of course I call back because by now, I’m done, so she tells me they can’t do anything, they can’t give out the manager number for safety reasons... wt.. but you guys got my money... 🤷🏽‍♀️.. I’m done.. doordash and Baskin-Robbins need to get...
