My family & I live nearby & usually have excellent service. 3 visits ago an employee suggested the new "Ultimate" Spicy Italian. Had an excellent taste with a garlic spread & special cheese melted onto the bread.
2 visits ago a gentleman who they say his name is Hustler provided horrible customer service. I asked for a new sandwich advertised & he flat out told me he didn't know how to make it. So I had to choose something else. He seemed to have a bad attitude period. I thought perhaps a one - off. I decide to get a wrap. He says just so you know on wraps we only give you half the meat like a 6 inch. I respond on your menu it says you get footlong portion in a wrap. Is that incorrect? He says he doesn't know & that all he knows is you can't close wrap with footlong worth of meat. So I still order it & just let him be.
Fast forward to tonight. "Hustler" is working yet again. The gentleman ordering a sandwich in front of me & my 2 boys gets into it with Hustler saying I got this today at a Subway for lunch. Hustler states they are different & seems to have attitude. He takes order for my 1st son, then Audrey starts making sandwich for 2nd son. He asks if I'm getting a sandwich & I tell him I am still debating. Then when I ask for a bread listed on chart, he states they have every bread except that one they don't carry. So I choose another...& he says he doesn't know what that is. So I select a 3rd bread & he makes my sandwich. Another guest enters the store. While Audrey rings up the sandwiches she is engaging with my boys & I and is making conversation being friendly & jokes that she didn't make my sandwich with love as she did the other two. I joke back that I missed out. She says she will put a smiley face on mine as well. So all of us share a laugh waiting for my card to process. All of a sudden, Hustler yells loudly, 'can you all be quiet, I cannot hear my customer!" Very loud & rudely. We are all in shock. Even Audrey softy responds something like ok Hustler, now it is awkward. As we leave, I say to the guest who is waiting for her food, I apologize ma'am if we were too loud & she says gesturing, waving & shaking head, 'oh no you all are fine.' I told Audrey I was still going to give her a 5 star review despite the antics of her co-worker.
I am a VP of Sales for a multi million dollar Company, we were not loud & I've managed 100's of store, District Manages, Store Managers etc. & his behavior is one of the worst I've seen now on multiple occasions. I will still leave my 5 star review for all of the other employees I have encountered like Audrey. However, 'Hustler' needs some serious Coaching or perhaps should not be in a customer service position period.

Read moreI've had multiple negative encounters with this particular Subway location. This is now the third time my sandwich has been toasted when it clearly wasn’t requested. The first time, I let it slide, thinking perhaps I had made an error with my order. The second time, my wife called the store, and they promised to reimburse us—but that reimbursement never came through.
This latest incident was the final straw: both of my sandwiches were toasted, even though there were no instructions to do so. It appears if you order from this location you're forced to unwrap your sandwich to confirm they followed your order correctly, completely defeating the purpose of the convenience that online ordering is supposed to offer.
Subway goers, consider this a word of caution. What should be a quick and easy meal experience has turned into repeated disappointments, and customer service seems to fall short when it comes to rectifying...

I went in a couple days ago to order a veggie patty - the person told me they were out and that the others patties frozen. I asked for egg whites instead as i am a vegetarian, and before they started making it, i saw the container with the egg whites - it had pieces of steak/chicken/cheese on top of the eggs. I left the establishment and went elsewhere to get my food.
