I'm from Vegas and have been a Cap's fan for years. First time to one out here so I bragged about it to my family. It was delicious as always, but wow the prices out here are rediculous. 3 adults, 2 kids, $80! For sandwiches and fries. No drinks. Oh, and their hours were still wrong here even after all the bad reviews of people coming when they're closed. THEY CLOSE AT 8! I updated Google so hopefully it gets corrected soon. They should have done that a long time ago. It's not hard.

Amazing customer service and the food is an 11 out of 10. I had the Bobbie, tasted fresh and had actual turkey chunks. None of that thin sliced generic turkey. I didn't believe the hype about the Bobbie but it not only meets it, it exceeds it. I will be coming back because the sandwiches are really great and the customer service totally awesome. Note, I had already taken a few bites out of the sandwich when I took the photo.

I 100% all the other positive reviews must have been paid for. I got two sandwiches 🥪 both at 15 bucks, 30 dollars in all, and I was NOT worth it. I figured it had to be something out of this word for the huge mark up it was something u might find on a party platter at sub way. For the size and quality it's way over priced. Would highly Not-recommend. Left feeling bamboozled ....

The inside is small but clean. It has a nice modern atheistic. The staff seems put out, I don't know if it's with each other or just working or what. We got an 18” meatball, a 5" hot Bobbie, a side of coleslaw, and a sugar cookie.

The Bobbie was good. Though the dressing on the turkey was a little odd. They use butterball turkeys, and either Stouffer's or Betty Crocker stuffing, and I would bet Oceanspray Cranberries. Simple home made taste.

The sugar cookie was ... just this side of undercooked. It was way too doughy for as thin of a cookie as it was. Otherwise it was nothing to write home about.

The coleslaw was nearly inedible. My hubby had one bite and gagged. They put a goodly amount of pepper on top and somehow it is still the blandest slaw ever. The texture is good and it doesn't taste like watery mayo or glue like some do. But they went so hard on trying to be acceptable that they even blanded out the flavor of the veggies in the slaw. I ate about half just to see if the flavor and texture was the same the whole way through. I've had plain cabbage and iceberg lettuce with more flavor profile.

The meatball will be split as a trial between 4 different people with different palates so that I will have to update after it has been consumed.

So far not hugely impressed.

Update: the meatball was not as disappointing as the slaw but again, bland, like they had took out the Italian seasonings. When SubWay Makes a more authentic meatball (which is far from authentic) you know you've gone too bland.

Overall impression: The food is pretty, but lacking in flavor. If you are in need of bland this is the place to go. Otherwise, for the price, it's...

Sandwiches are good.

Sadly, their service isn't as much.

I ordered at 12:10pm ahead through their website.

The email receipt indicted it would be ready by 12:30pm.

It's 1pm already and no order fulfilled.

Couple of improvements based on a few observations:

Seems like the employees are moving a bit slow, I think they're overwhelmed or new to the tasks An employee said they were short a couple of materials, which is why they were "backed up" (couldn't exactly hear with the loud music) Employees are bouncing or shuffling between stations (e.g. the clerk who manages the pay station and is taking orders is also preparing sandwiches / or the employee who is wrapping is between the pick up order and preparing sandwiches); this tells me they might be short staffed Either hire more people to handle the volume of orders, or increase their rate of work Fix the online ordering system; if it says "order ready at 12:30pm" and it's 1pm, a 30 min grace time is...

I've heard so many good things about this place and finally got the chance to try it out today. While the prices are higher than your typical sandwich shop, let me preface my comment by saying this isn't your typical sandwich shop. The ingredients are extremely fresh, food made to order and quickly. The manager and I'm assuming he is also the owner was so kind and caring. He explained their sandwiches and had such passion for the food they serve. We had a hard time trying to decide what to order. I will most definitely...
