I usually stop here 3-5 times a week around 5:30-5:45am...yesterday I was so happy to order a psl I usually order with the mobile app since I'm usually running late for work....as I pick it up I notice it was a little light but had no time to stay and complain... once I get to work I remove the lid and sure enough it was a size of a tall! Not a happy!!! This isn't the first time this has happened when it's not full but this was the lowest my cup has ever been....not cool at all! Especially when it's not cheap either! Give us what we pay for!!! I stopped by after for and dropped off the cup u can clearly see where it was filled up to! So check your coffee before you leave! Oh and suggestion to the employee's PLEASE READ THE MOBILE APP ORDERS THERE IS A REASON IT LET'S US THE CUSTOMERS CUSTOMIZE OUR ORDERS!!! I have been there when I have specified less syrup pumps, light ice, no whip, & nonfat milk ...whatever it has been and they still get it wrong...I should have what I paid for not what you want your make! I'm paying for it! Now I'm just going all out because not having my full cup of grande PSL was the last straw for me... hope u guys get...

Drinks generally come out fine, never had a noteworthy issue with an order. Mobile order customization is generally accurate.
The service is probably my favorite part about this location, they've always been friendly and professional when I've gone through. They will sometimes staff someone outside to take orders which seems to speed up the drive-thru line, which is good considering the only negative I have for the location which is...
The location itself (geographically only!) is unfortunately one of the worst in the region; the parking lot is small and cramped, and during peak hours the drive-thru traffic will block anyone parked in the area that wants to get out. This Starbucks tends to be a busy location right next to one of the more major intersections, yet the infrastructure surrounding it does not support the demand on the business. I cannot detract anything from the store itself for this reason, but be mindful not to block other cars and expect the chance to be blocked yourself even exiting...
Read moreI get covid is happening, but let's be humans... I walked in and ordered. I had a few people with me, so it was a reasonable side order. The tables were put away, as they still do not allow indoor dining. Sure, no problem... As, we were waiting for our food, which was taking a while, my mother, who is 72, sat in one of the chairs to wait. They ran out and said."you can't sit there" I said" we aren't going to dine here, we are just waiting for our to-go order. And with the worst attitude I have seen in public, she said " you can't sit anywhere in here" I get it Starbucks!!!!! No Worries.... I Won't be going back to ANY Starbucks, ever. They lost several customers that day. We were leaving, and a couple who witnessed this, apologized to my mother ( on the behalf of humanity, I suppose, because the employees certainly didn't care) and walked out as well, they also said , they would never go into another Starbucks.
