Been here 5 times, the 1st time was right after they opened and food was a 4 out of 10, I expected it to be possibly not as good being new workers etc. 2nd visit I got to give them benefit of doubt it was 3 out of 10, my 3rd visit I'm going with open mind not to be to Judgemental due I've been in position of opening new restaurants and until the Loser's are weeded out issues happen especially to food quality. Okay this was a perky gentleman obviously in his work mode I asked him to slow down lol well he made me comfortable and made a sub that hit 8 out of 10. Told worker of previous experience he stated that he has worked for penn station awhile. Okay 4th visit no worries they weeded out the loser's game on. This sub had so much Mayonnaise on it I almost puked (I'm Plumber not much bothers my stomach). Ready to go elsewhere for my meals. Well now I have a conundrum I am hungry for that Awesomeness flavor I had on 3rd visit. I called spoke with manager and I explained everything, he was nice and aware that there's been issues (issues are a part of new locations in food industry) well the 5th visit was 7 out of 10, so I don't know what to say other than Penn Station needs their best sub maker to train everyone how to do it correctly and somehow train people there to fix food with Pride and Love it really does make a difference. So now I will still be flipping a coin when visiting Them until all the Loser's are weeded out or at least start paying me...
Read moreThe cashier was more worried about their phone than looking at us to take our order. We had to pause several times in giving our order to wait on him to not be into his phone to continue giving our order. No hair nets or gloves were worn by any employee. Food was under the prep bar which only being open an hour and a half, tables were dirty, my wife stepped on a random pickle while walking towards the drink machine from the counter. The employee sat on the counter to be on their phone. The food was very bland when ordered with extra seasoning. The bread for our sandwiches was already sitting out randomly prior to making the sandwiches with flies flying around inside the place. We ended up throwing our food away. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. When complaint was made to manager via review on the web site the manager called 5 times disturbing my wife whom was working to say that he will audit each station when you could hear his kids in the background as if he was calling from home. Also made my wife sound and feel like we were the problem. We hadn’t gone to this location in a few months and we won’t be going back. Will drive further to other locations if I want penn station. I don’t recommend anyone go here but it’s not my money so buyer beware!
Clearly the response is AI GENERATED BECAUSE IT MISSED THE DETAIL OF MY GOING ON...
Read moreWe was excited to get a pen station In Eaton the first couple of times of going it was really good. The last four visits they didn’t make our sandwiches the way we ordered them to be both mine and my wife’s and the French fries looked like a lot of small broken pieces of fries that was overcooked in over used oil. I guess if you want good quality fries because we love fresh cut fries I guess we will go to five guys burger and fries for now on. We used to eat at pen station about once a week but they have become over priced and the quality is went downhill sorry penn station. I also have pictures of our fresh cut fries they served us if I could post them On...
