On 6-26-24 I purchased a phone from the Eaton Ohio Version store. The salesman encouraged me to purchase a cover, charger and screen protector. He had already told about the phone's warranty and that I could sent it in or if lost file and get a replacement. I asked about warranty on the charger, cover and screen protector. I was told I could simply return those to the store and they would be replaced. So I purchased the whole package. While installing the screen saver I noticed he finger nailed a very small chip off the top edge of the saver. I had two thoughts; it's so small it doesn't matter and 2 I could always replace it. The charger indeed didn't work and the next day I was given a new one. Now there are four cracks so I decided to stop and get a new screen saver. Took it in to the same store and they gave me a paper showing me where I had to go on line and order the screen saver, pay shipping 20% of cost for a new one and I had to use PayPal. I explained all of the store and they said that couldn't be true. (You are lying.) I went to the car and called Customer (no) care and was told sorry, nothing we can do... Asked for a supervisor and politely told the same thing. Asked for a manager, or whom the supervisor worked for. The said corporate policy wouldn't allow them to give me that information. If I had purchased this at Walmart (which they referenced) I wouldn't have a problem. So for me (inferred) lying, having to pay shipping and using PayPal I'm not real thrilled about Verizon. When I went in originally I was thinking about switching to another company (AARPrecommended) but the sales man sold me on my trade in, new phone and warranty. Read moreWe just visited this store again on Black Friday based on our previous experience as listed below. I needed a new iPhone because mine was an iOS8!! This time Jarrett helped us what I needed and we had as great a time with him as we had with Tyler--both guys are super knowledgeable about the products and what accessories are needed. They also want to make sure the customer gets the best deals possible as well. The best part is the excellent customer service and that they are super patient and go the extra mile to ensure that I knew how to operate my new iOS 16. I was worried about jumping from an 8 all the way to 16, but Jarrett patiently explained what to do and had me do it before we left so I'd feel comfortable. I recommend this store all the time and it's definitely worth the drive if you're coming from a distance.
In the past we have gone to the Huber Heights Verizon Corporate Store and always had horrible experiences, so when we needed to buy an iPad, I checked for a store in Eaton. After reading all the glowing reviews, we decided to go to this store in Eaton.
This is the best experience we've ever had in a Verizon store!!! Read moreThe wife and I were looking for new phones and especially with the trade in allowance Verizon was offering. We called TCC in Eaton, Ohio and Brogan answered and was very nice and polite to us. We shared with Brogan that we would be there the next day. We have never shopped at Verizon in Eaton before but we thought we would try it out. It is a new building and very nice. When we entered, Brogan was with another customer and Sam approached the wife and I. We shared why we were there and was very interested in the trade in allowance, being on a fixed incomes. Sam was so helpful and patient with us, that we were very impressed with his knowledge and with how he handled/treated us through this purchasing process. Both phones had to be ordered. When both phones came in we drove there to pick them up. Sam and Jarrett were working and they both spent much time with us. Again we were very impressed with their patience and how they handle everything, the paper work, the transfer of info from our old phones to the new phones. They went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and happy customers. We will be back to this TCC store because of these three employees. ...
